越後の虎猫
Jyushiro is a sake from Yamagata. It is said that this Honmaru Hiden Tamakage is one of the products which triggered the Jyushiyo boom. They say that it is a honjozo-shu which is added with their own shochu. It has a fruity aroma, not too sweet, and a good aftertaste, so you can drink it as much as you like. We drank several other kinds of syochu liqueur, but this Jyushiyo was the best. It was very delicious! Happy ✨!
