越後の虎猫
A sake from my hometown in Niigata, Hakkaisan's Echigo de Saku. This is a red label sake which is released only once a year in December. (Commonly called "Aka-Etsugo") It's a fresh sake and junmai, so it's freshness and rice flavor combine to make a delicious, slightly dry drink✨. It was so good that I bought a bottle of the fourth and went home and enjoyed this sake the next day too! It was very tasty!

White Phoenix by Hououmita, a sake from Tochigi. It is a limited shipment once a year, so I couldn't resist it. It is also unique in that it is packaged in a magnum bottle for champagne. The taste is clear and juicy, and the flavor spreads quickly in the mouth, and there is not a single unpleasant taste. It was very delicious.

Gifu's sake, W Doubleday. The label is very distinctive lol! I wondered what the "W" stood for, but it's a W that represents three meanings: Watanabe Sake Brewery (Watanabe), World (World), and Laugh (Warai). As for the taste, you can feel the sweetness and the flavor of the rice, and there is not much bitterness. It was my favorite type of flavor, so I wanted to try the other series as well. It was very tasty!

Fukui's Sake, Kuroryu. It might be your first time to drink Fukui sake! It has a fruity aroma, but also a clear and clean finish✨. It was a little too clean for me, as I'm a person who likes to feel the flavor of the rice that comes slowly, but the taste was very delicious!

The bitterness combined with the slight carbonation and the citrus sweetness and sourness made this drink reminiscent of a mature grapefruit juice✨. I wonder which Abe's sake I should try next🤔. It was very tasty.

Jyushiro, a sake from Yamagata. It was an encounter with a rare sake that is rarely encountered. Peachy? The aroma is peachy, but the sweetness and umami are amazing! The balance is also good! I just wanted to keep drinking it✨. I'm so happy to have found this kind of sake. It was very tasty!

This is a sake from Akita, Isshaku Suisei. I happened to stop by Imadeya, and they were having a comparison of 2018 and 2021, so I had some. This is the 2021. It is a light and elegant sake with a good balance of acidity, umami, and bitterness✨. I have the impression that it will go well with any meal. The label on the bottle also creates a sense of luxury. It was very tasty!

Gunma's sake, Oze no Yukidoke. I didn't know it was possible to make such a color without coloring! The last "Shinshu Usu Nigori" was fruity like a melon, and this "Momoshoku Nigori" is also very fruity, sweet and sour, and creamy✨. It's a low-alcohol drink that women seem to like. We enjoyed it very much!
