This bottle was recommended to me by a liquor store. It is a blended type, and since the weather is getting colder, he said it would be good to warm up the sake. It was delicious on its own, but also great when heated. We are now in the mood for heated winter sake 🍶⛄️

We had a lot of autumn sake.... It was a great opportunity to get a good feel for what Ishikawa Prefecture has to offer. Thank you very much 😊. I've always loved Sogen, but this one is also very sharp, firm, and delicious! It was great to drink it with sashimi.

Continuing the Ishikawa series. I didn't drink this one locally, but I took a quick glance and thought this one was delicious...so I bought it. The label is also nice and autumnal ✨🍂. It has the depth and sharpness of Yamahai and is delicious 🤤.

I visited Kanazawa a few months ago. It's been a long time since I've been and it was a lot of fun ✨. I had a lot of different sake just as the ban on fall sake was lifted 🍶. I compared many different kinds of sake, starting with Kikuhime. The quality of Yamahai is just....fantastic.

Yesterday was Sake Day. Yesterday we had Nanaken's Hiyayogoshi. The aroma was very fruity and promising! It was a sake with a solid junmai core but without any cloying taste 🍶✨. I didn't drink sake during the Mid-Autumn Moon, but sake at this time of the year is exceptional.

I was numb when I drank it after I got back.... It was so delicious. The sake was beautiful and delicious. I will definitely go back 🥺✨.
