This is the first time I have purchased a bottle of Tazake.
It has a fruity aroma, sharpness and is very drinkable. Delicious 🤤.
There are a lot of Aomori series lately.
Souvenirs from Aomori, Part 2.
My family was going on a trip, so I asked them to buy some! I asked them to buy it for me. I was attracted to this sake because of its name "N". The first time I opened the bottle, I had the impression that it was smooth, but the aftertaste had a nice tang and sharpness.
I'll put it up for the record.
Peach-colored nigori. Spring-like cherry color sake 🌸.
It is easy to drink with moderate sweetness and a soft sharpness at the end.
The impression is that it is a dangerous sake that is easy to drink, reminiscent of Sanuki Kuraudai.
I received this as a souvenir from Aomori. It has a sharp and robust taste. The aroma was even more pronounced when it was heated. It has a strong, peculiar flavor. Not bad. (I mean it in a good way. 🙆♀️)
Aomori has an ambition to visit a kamakura bar in Towadako someday... ☃️❄️
I went to Kyoto the other day and bought it during my visit. I had never had Tamagawa nama sake before, so I was curious about it and bought it.
Immediately after opening the bottle, it was easy to drink, which I could not imagine from Tamagawa.
The next day, the aroma changed dramatically and it became a very solid Tamagawa! The next day, the aroma changed completely and it was in a state like this. Tamagawa...I would like to visit the brewery someday.
Miyagi Souvenir Series 3: Katsuyama is expensive, but when I looked around, I found that some of them are within my reach. Thanks to the Date family. This sake is also rather light, but has a nice sharp taste.
I went to Miyagi Prefecture! I cruised around Sendai and Matsushima for the first time in a while.
I wanted to drink Abegan, so I had some of the snowy Matsushima.
The weather was great and the sake was delicious ✨
Finally opened the bottle of Snoclet I've been warming up! Ohhhh happiness 🥹!
It's an unmovable sake that I think every year that I have to buy it again next year.
This is also a gift. It was the first time for me to taste Dewazakura nigori, and I was very excited. Nigori is really good, isn't it? It had a bit of sweetness, a bit of tanginess, and a refreshing taste.
I am always impressed by the high potential of Sharaku. I had a cup of Sharaku at New Year's and it made me want to do my best again this year. I like its pleasant aroma, elegance, and core.
I finally got to the sake I drank on New Year's Eve 🥹, which is why I haven't been able to post in a timely manner at all 😂.
This Hakkaisan was a gift and I thought it would be a great way to end the year.
When I heard that Mr. Fujioka was retiring, I rushed to buy some and had some. As I expected, Amami is delicious. This jun-dai was expansive and rich. Thank you Mr. Toji Fujioka. 🙇♀️
I think the haze I drank before was in a blue bottle...? It has been a while since I had it. The pink letters give it a cute spring feeling.
It is a little light and there is a solid feeling of Abe-kan in it.
I wish you all the best this year 🙇.
I haven't posted anything at all during the New Year's holidays, so I'll post a few things.
I drank a bottle of Sanuki Kuraudai at the end of the year. 6% and it was so easy to drink, it was empty before I knew it.... I will buy it again! It was very tasty ✨
Hi Jay & Nobby ✨Hello ✨ and best wishes for the new year. We look forward to another year of encountering different types of sake and locally rooted sake.
