Hatsune is from Kagoshima and Fukuda is from Nagasaki.

I have had some sake from Ueda. The water is very clean and I felt that the delicious sake was made possible by this water.... The soba and other restaurants are also very good and I would like to go back ✨.
I hadn't had a drink in a very long time. I was so excited to be able to purchase it for the first time ☺️ and when I finally drank it, I was amazed at how sharp and solid it was...? I was surprised at the sharpness and solid body 🫢‼️ and was thrilled again to think of what a great combination it would be with ✨.
The doorstep that I had put down. I had put off drinking it as a reward. The fragrance is so nice that I wish there was a perfume with this scent, as I felt before. It is soothing.
When I drank it, it was crisp and went well with my meal. I would definitely purchase again.

It is a junmai wine, so it really is like a white wine.
When the bottle was opened, it had a strong acidity, but on the second and third days, it gradually lost its edge and mellowed out, making it even more enjoyable 🍸✨.

I haven't had Kamo Nishiki in a while...it has a great aroma and excellent flavor! It was fresh and numbing.... I will definitely buy it again.

I had Kagatobi when I visited Ishikawa prefecture before. This time it was a summer junmai. It is light and firm, and the sharpness is still excellent! I love it in summer when it has a nice sharpness lol!

It's been a long time since I've had Jikin. The aroma is good and I'm in love with it. It is easy to drink and refreshing after drinking 🍶✨It reminded me of when I drank Asahi, which has the same red label 🟥, although the color is different. Asahi was exceptional too 😂🌅.
It has a very nice aroma, which is also a part of the ginjo-shu. It is relatively fruity and easy to drink. I think even beginners can enjoy drinking it if they follow the limits 🔰✨.
Full-bodied and deep sake. It also has an old sake feel to it. This is delicious 🤤 and the ultimate in happiness.
