Tohoku (Miyagi → Yamagata → Aizu) → Karuizawa souvenirs "2023.8-6
Purchased at Aizu Shurakukan, a liquor store in Aizu🤗.
I had been very interested in Niimasa for a long time.
I met it unexpectedly and brought it home.
I was excited to open the bottle😃.
I took a sip. Hmm? Eh? 🤔
。。。。
。。。。。
I don't know what to say.
I am a hard-headed person, and when I am served sake, I don't immediately accept it.
Or maybe it's a cat with a small wheel 😅.
I switched my mind and it was indeed very, very elegant and tasty. I don't know much more about wine than I do about sake. So I can accept it more honestly when I am told that it is a white wine.
Hmmm. But it certainly has a touch of sake yeast.
I guess it's true as I drink more.
But still.... It might be a pearl to a pig😅.

Good evening, non non 🌛Congratulations on getting Shinsei 🎉...but it doesn't mean that Shinsei is always to your liking 💦I see a lot of people who don't like acidity, even in sake breweries 😅Look for what you like and enjoy it!
