Kinmon Nishiki
It has a nice, gentle aroma. It has a strong umami and sweetness, but it is not heavy. It is frustrating that I can't describe it well. The depth and breadth is different from that of Omachi, and when the sake gets a bit lukewarm, a different sweet umami comes out again. It is like drinking it forever.
Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Kinmonniki all had a good mouthfeel and lingering taste right after opening the bottle, but I preferred Kinmonniki the best ☝️.
It is really delicious 😋😋😋.
