The brewer makes shochu, so I thought the sake had a strong alcoholic flavor and I bought it as a gift for my parents.
When I took a sip, it had a mild sweetness from the rice and a fruity sweetness, but it had a sake like aftertaste. And my parents were also very happy with the taste, so I would like to have another bottle if I get the chance ✨
