I remember getting this at an izakaya a long time ago...
We were welcomed with a variety of sake brands, and I realized that there are many Fukushima sakes that match my tastes.
Aizu Nakasho is not fruity, of course, but it has a sweetness and no miscellaneous flavors, and it can be served either cold or warm. I prefer to drink it hot😌.
It's a very old-fashioned sake.
