Last time we got the Jokuto Manchu, I was crushing on the mild and gorgeous sweetness of the sake, and now I'm pleased to welcome the 2019 brew, a one-fire Junmai Ginjo!
It's a little less sweet, but still has the same gorgeous flavor, but it's easy to drink cold.
