It's a raw sake with a slight carbonation and a strong sweetness. After leaving it for a few days, the bicarbonate of soda disappears and the sweet and sour flavors become stronger. We recommend that you drink this sake as soon as possible after opening it 💡. The last time I had Kamo Kinshu was more to my liking 😳.
