This is a sake that I won in a project of Yummy is Ale. I heard that 12 sake breweries in Hokkaido made sake using three new types of rice.
Fukuji's Junmai Ginjo is brewed with a rice called Kitashizuku. We paired it with some dried Hokkaido fish 😳 and it's a perfect match for some of the more flavorful dishes 🙌.
