もふりーとNaraman Junmai Sake. Sometimes I really want to drink it. The mild flavor and the cool feeling that spreads gradually are very good. もふりーとKaze no Mori Akitsuho 657. if you have this, you must drink it! The original bottle had only about 80ml left, so I added a little more from the open-mouth bottle.
It's delicious. I can't get enough of this lightness. もふりーとAfter work, it's Hana-Kin. So I moved to Iidabashi and went to Fukuno Tori Iidabashi. It's been a while since I've been out drinking alone.
The first sake is today's service sake, Houjun Junmai Shu Dry. It is dry and crisp, but has a bitterness that spreads gradually. Delicious! もふりーとKido Tokubetsu Junmai Karakuchikid. I'll close with this. It is still crisp and dry, and I like the spiciness to the point of being intense. This is what it's all about. もふりーとSentori Golden Beetle. Sentori's summer sake has a beetle on the label, and this year it was a golden beetle in collaboration with Imadeya. I was so excited when it came out. This is quite rare.
The aroma is slightly woody, and the acidity is sharp but fruity and fresh. The sweetness is also very strong, and the texture is different from that of ordinary beetles.

However, it was so easy to drink that I didn't realize it was a kijoshu right after drinking it and only learned it was a kijoshu when I looked at the label. もふりーとBanshu Ichiken Summer Usunigori Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu. It has a light aroma and sweetness with no bitterness from the lees, although there is quite a bit of lees involved. It has a light aroma and sweetness, with a hint of peachy fruitiness. Today's service sake is Yoshinogawa Barrel Sake. Basically, it is served at room temperature, but today it comes chilled.
When served cold, the initial aroma is mild and sweet, but the cedar aroma that comes up after swallowing is amazing. The aroma of cedar is amazing after swallowing.

This is another one that has undergone some aging. もふりーとTamitsu Kami no Ho. This is also delicious. The names of Mie sake such as Jikin and Saku come to mind, but I think Tamitsu is quite a good sake as well. It has a clean and light taste, and although it is light, you can clearly taste the umami. I like it. もふりーとMeikyojimizu Junmai Ginjo Namaho. The taste is quite calm for a sake made from a sake yeast yeast yeast. The strength of the flavor is not so strong, but it is calm. It is easy to drink. It has a strong umami. もふりーとYamawa Rock Tokubetsu Junmai Nakadori Genshu. A special junmai Nakadori Harazake. It has a very hard alcohol taste. もふりーとDaishinshu Junmai Namaishu. This is also aged for a year. It has quite a strong miscellaneous taste. It has a strong hardness in a surprisingly roundness. もふりーとSuminoe Junmai Ginjo Nakadare. Most chu-dorire and chu-tori are quite clear with a strong umami flavor, but Suminoe's has a bit of bitterness and astringency. It goes well with meat. もふりーとIzumikawa Junmai Ginjo Hi-ire. The FUKU NO TORI Gathering is also an event where the manager tries to see what will happen if this sake is aged for a long time, so this Izumikawa has also been aged for about a year. It has become rounder, mellower, and calmer. However, in terms of change, it is not that much. もふりーとFukkai Yamadanishiki Hi-iri. Junmai? It does not seem to be a special junmai. Fukkai! We had the raw Yamadanishiki and it's delicious 😋 it's good 🤗. もふりーとToday is the sake event at Fukuno Tori Iidabashi. Due to bad timing, no one was able to gather, so I will enjoy it alone.
Yuki no Bijin Junmai Ginjo Summer Shiboritate Nama Sake. It has a light sweet and sour taste. It has a light sweet and sour taste with a refreshing cool sensation that goes through you smoothly. I wonder if it would go well with vegetable dishes. もふりーとModern Sentori Omachi draft. Wow, we are too lucky to have this one. It is fresh and fruity, with a plum-like sweet and sour taste. Today's sake was Tengumai Koku-Label Yamahai Junmai. It has a thick flavor typical of Yamahai, but with a clean aftertaste, it is relatively easy to drink and has a nice mouthfeel. However, there was not enough to fill the glass. もふりーとThe store was so hectic that I didn't have time to pour it even though it was ready, so it was placed in front of me until a few minutes ago, so I was able to take my time to take a picture of it. I wonder how it feels to be oazuked in front of a sake like this.
