I️ purchased this Junmai Ginjo from Miyazumi along with the July Hanpukai Sake at my regular favorite liquor store.
Sake made with a sake rice called Fukunoka😊.
Nowadays, Kezura is more famous in Japan, but everyone knows that this brand is the original sake brewed by this brewery, right?
I usually reach for the 寫楽, but for some reason this time I was curious about this one and bought it!
I'm not sure if it's because it's fire-aged, but it's less juicy than Keiraku, but it still has the right amount of sweetness and aroma.
It was the right choice🙆♀️ after all!
It's delicious 😋.
