cracks that form in the ice on Lake Suwa When the bottle is opened, it is slightly effervescent. There is a slight omission of bubbles. A little spicy on the tip of the tongue. The sourness makes it come on quickly and it is delicious. It is crisp and clean. Purchased at a supermarket in Okaya. It goes well with the fatty grilled fish we bought at the same time. Delicious. This is the new sake of the 2024 brewing year. It is very early! A 4-pack bottle costs 1,100 yen including tax. Reasonable! A popular item that was sold out when we visited the brewery last year on 11/24. It does not disappoint! And today is Friday, the 25th. Sake!

pile of folds Aroma like rice and yogurt. Light and refreshing on the palate. The astringent taste is delicious. It is delicious. I regret that I did not store it well. Purchased at Niigata Sake-no-jin 2024, 7 months ago. It was purchased at Niigata Sake-no-jin 2024, 7 months ago. Mimori is an old name of a place. A sake brewery in Joetsu. I have an event in Takada tomorrow. It's too far away. It's not impossible to make a day trip there by taking a connecting train, though.

God's will (in Christianity) Sourness due to slight effervescence. Sweet, but with a nice sharpness. I like it. When paired with grilled bandits, the oil and saltiness are refreshingly washed away by the slight carbonation and overwritten by the sweetness, making for an excellent pairing. This sake won first place at a rare event held at the end of August to select the best sake from Shinshu that goes well with sanzokuyaki. My prediction was wrong, but after drinking it again, I was convinced. On a side note, I sometimes see people playing with AI concierge when I search for sake-no-wa, and I am one of them. government-issued chrysanthemum What a great one. Aroma of melon to green apple, not so strong and elegant. Slightly effervescent. It is dry, but I am not talking about dryness. The moderate acidity enhances the flavor and makes you salivate. A little bitterness at the end. And then you feel a sense of something beyond or parallel to deliciousness. I can't describe it because I am inexperienced. If I had to choose between this and that for the same price, I would choose this one. The Kujukuri-hama beach is decorated on the label, and I can feel the smell that they are taking good care of their hometown. I will have to visit the back of Cheeba-kun's head sooner or later. I bought a map of Japan to fill it in for the first time in a while. I go to that Koyama Shoten for the first time. The selection of popular brands is so large that it's hard to choose a favorite. However, I have developed an addiction to Nagano sake, which makes me wonder what kind of Nagano sake is available where. - Color your memories

Great Anglo-American War (Sweden vs. Russia, Poland, Denmark, Sri Lanka, etc.) Little aroma. No strange aroma at all. You can feel apple in the depths. Smooth on the palate. Moderate sweetness, refreshing. Umami. A little bitterness at the end. Delicious. Made from Omachi Yamae Nishiki. This is the one we drank last month at the North Alps drinking event and enjoyed it very much. I wanted to drink it slowly, so I bought it. It is a limited edition.

Refreshing aroma + rice. Clean acidity. Lingering aftertaste that numbs the tongue. Surprisingly delicious. Shinshu Matsumoto Soba Festival underway 10/12,13,14 @ Matsumoto Castle In addition to eating soba noodles from inside and outside of the prefecture, there are also booths where you can drink sake for 200 yen per glass. Fukashi Tsuru was there, which I didn't expect.

Miki Mai Cheesy aroma. Caramelized sweetness and bitterness. Light and soft. It flows in like white water. The sweetness is asserted once more in the throat. Interesting. Purchased at a sake brewery. Limited edition at the brewery store. Kamisuwa Highway Machiaruki Drinking Tour 10/5 I went last week. The event is a big one, with five sake breweries drinking and walking along the national highway. The line for the sake tasting, which was long last year, was much smoother this time. While waiting in line, a folk song was performed by local citizens, and both customers and breweries joined in the chorus of "yosasayoi yosasayoi". It was a very good improvement. But the speed of looping the queue increased, and I was tired because I had to walk quite a bit. This is my problem.

Kamataya Sake Brewery It's a sake day, so we open the bottle even though it's a weekday. It has a refreshing dry taste with a gorgeous aroma and flavor. Contrary to the assertiveness of the label, it is the type that complements a meal. For me, it seems to be the kind that tastes good at first sip. I will have it little by little, splitting the day. Purchased at a sake brewery. The rabbit with a turtle shell on its back is Kurabito Usakame, an original character of Kametaya Sake Brewery. There may be no other sake brewery in Nagano Prefecture that offers character goods. In other prefectures, there are other sake breweries such as Tsururei's Yukio, Kuninonaga's Frog, and Niida's Frog.

mutsu_8000 Citrus aroma. Slightly effervescent. Soft, sweet, sour, a little bitter and numb. Very tasty. And if you were expecting porridge aroma in the air, you were right, it was the kind that tastes good warmed up. The softness and sourness stand out and make you drool. Purchased at a liquor store in M city. It was a double winner in the IWC ginjo-shu category and in the warmed sake contest premium lukewarm category. According to the brewery's installation, it smells like ripe melon and banana. My nose is going crazy.

impression Foaming present. Grape or pear-like aroma. After a refreshing taste, it has a slightly sweet taste. A little bit bitter at the end. Delicious. Purchased at a sake brewery. The label is a calligraphy by Katsu Kaishu. A masterful brushwork. It is said to be a standard product of Ozawa Sake Brewery along with Misuzanishiki, but it is said to be rarer than Jyuukyu, which is sold only to exclusive dealers. The jingisukan, a specialty of Shinshu-Shinmachi, which we ate at a set restaurant on the way home, which the brewery staff told us about, was also delicious.

major design This is the one where the bubbles start to blow. Immediately after opening the bottle, the numbness of the bubbles gives it a dry impression, but as it settles down, it is sweet and bitter. It also gives a sense of softness. Purchased at a sake brewery. Located in Ikeda-machi, this sake brewery boasts an immense presence in the Chushin region. The brewery's limited editions bear the name "Kamon" (flower pattern). It seems that the equipment for direct pumping has recently started operating, but when I went there, it was sold out. Too bad. They also sell snacks and goods in a fairly clean sales area. Sake of the mountain It is good after all, Daisetsukkei.

About half of the bottle is cloudy. Aroma of alcohol mixed with the aroma of porridge. Muddy with a hint of rice. It is quite numbing. 18 degrees. You should drink it after mixing. It is not good to drink only the supernatant. It is not good. Purchase it at a sake brewery. A traditional sake brewery in Ikeda Town. A large house. Beautiful rooms. They were very courteous and offered us water when we were wondering what to buy. They were polite enough to take a picture of us without us having to ask. It is a small brewery, but I like it.

master of the electronic arts Pear-like aroma. Slightly effervescent. Soft. Moderately sour and sweet. A little bitterness at the end. The assertiveness is moderate, so it goes well with meals. Delicious. I bought it at the nearest liquor store where I learned about it from Nishida Sake Brewery in Aomori last year. I was grateful for it and left it for more than a year, but it was surprisingly sold around here, and I opened it thinking that I could drink it in Aomori. When I drank it in Aomori last year, I was not so impressed, but I was surprised to find it tasty again. Or is this what they call "flavor onboard"?

North Alps Drinking Walk 9/14-15 Fruity aroma and refreshing fizz, very tasty. Also, the sake served at the store is very tasty. The sake served in the shop is very tasty, even more so because Miss Sake pours it for us. The tasting room is kind of flirtatious with reggae-like music playing. But the sake is delicious. It's frustrating.

North Alps Drinking Walk underway 9/14-15 Started with Kagamibiraki at Hakuba Nishiki. Good luck! The Daiginjo selected by the toji is a blend of sake matured for 5 to 10 years. No strange smell, clean and mellow. It's amazing. Other examples are Usagi Giku from the series named after plants in the Northern Alps. A lineup of sparkling sake and other refreshing sakes, Hakubanishiki's specialty. There were no sakes that closely resembled Lulac's specs this year, but the composition was quite enjoyable for me, including the (horror of horrors) return of the president's heated sake corner.

whole neighbourhood of Yamato Fresh fruity aroma. Slightly soft sweetness and bitterness spreading on the tongue. Refreshing and delicious. Purchased at a sake brewery. A big house in Kitakata. I heard that the owner of Mine-no-setsu Sake Brewery is a board member of an association for a honey liquor called mead, so I tried a little. It was a sweet and delicious liquor like a dessert wine with a very floral aroma. The process of making mead seems to be similar to that of sake, and it is often made at sake breweries.

little A refreshing aroma between citrus and grape. Soft. Slightly effervescent. Sourness followed by a trace of bitterness. Delicious. Brilliant dry taste. Purchased at the supermarket across the national highway from Ozawa Sake Brewery. Shinshu-Shinmachi limited edition. The meaningless alphabetical notation "HIIRE" is adorable. The 137 is a pun on the word "Yugyo," meaning whale. A whale fossil excavated from the stratum of the late Miocene to early Pliocene (36 million to 5 million years ago) in Shinshu-Shinmachi, where the sake brewery is located, was recognized as a new species, Scientific name eubalaena shinshuensis Japanese name: Shinshu right whale The name "Eubalaena shinshuensis" is derived from its scientific name, "shinshu right whale. Girakan (Giraffa camelopardalis, esp. Giraffa melanogaster) Aroma with a hint of milk. Numbness on the tongue. It is soft. Delicious. The lingering aroma as it passes down the throat. I don't know how to describe it, but it's a ginjo aroma. Umesu. This is a limited label of Tsugawa Kitsune no Bridegroom procession. The inside is traditional dry. On my way to Fukushima in June, I stopped by on the way to a festival. There is a park parking lot at the foot of Mt. Kirin, and across the bridge is the Kirinzan Brewery office and warehouse. They had a stall that day, so we bought some there. We went to the city center to visit the factory, where we participated in a tour of the brewery organized on the day of the festival. The brewery is a combination of machine control and craftsmanship. Tsukihaze brews light and dry sake. Preservation of mountain forests. It was a lot of fun and I learned a lot of things! After that, I left for Fukushima around noon, so I must have looked like a strange visitor to the townspeople who left before the main event started.

design Banana-like aroma. Sweet. Goes well with the garlicky Matsumoto Sanzokuyaki. I thought so. We were given a sansatsuyaki and a sake cup at the venue, and participated in a curious event in which we were asked to choose the best sake to go with the sansatsuyaki from a list of 35 kinds (1 liter in total), without knowing the brand name. It was interesting. I like the Nagano Sake Brewers Association because they come up with some crazy ideas. The result will be announced on September 6.
