Kamataya Sake Brewery
It's a sake day, so we open the bottle even though it's a weekday.
It has a refreshing dry taste with a gorgeous aroma and flavor. Contrary to the assertiveness of the label, it is the type that complements a meal. For me, it seems to be the kind that tastes good at first sip. I will have it little by little, splitting the day.
Purchased at a sake brewery.
The rabbit with a turtle shell on its back is Kurabito Usakame, an original character of Kametaya Sake Brewery. There may be no other sake brewery in Nagano Prefecture that offers character goods.
In other prefectures, there are other sake breweries such as Tsururei's Yukio, Kuninonaga's Frog, and Niida's Frog.
