Soft and sweet aroma. Full of rice aroma and flavor. Tongue tingling. Slightly dry, rice-based sake. Delicious. When ice is added, the sweetness appears and the sharpness increases. You can gobble it down. Takaten is amazing.
We bought it at a supermarket near the Takaten Sake Brewery. There is a huge selection of sake from Okaya and Suwa.
Takaten has had a sake called "Rock" for quite some time, which is recommended to be mixed with ice and watered down, and they added this to their lineup about 5 years ago in response to the high demand for junmai sake. おっcracks that form in the ice on Lake Suwa
When the bottle is opened, it is slightly effervescent. There is a slight omission of bubbles. A little spicy on the tip of the tongue. The sourness makes it come on quickly and it is delicious. It is crisp and clean.

It goes well with the fatty grilled fish we bought at the same time. Delicious.
This is the new sake of the 2024 brewing year. It is very early!
A 4-pack bottle costs 1,100 yen including tax. Reasonable!
