Girakan (Giraffa camelopardalis, esp. Giraffa melanogaster)
Aroma with a hint of milk. Numbness on the tongue. It is soft. Delicious. The lingering aroma as it passes down the throat. I don't know how to describe it, but it's a ginjo aroma. Umesu.
This is a limited label of Tsugawa Kitsune no Bridegroom procession. The inside is traditional dry.
On my way to Fukushima in June, I stopped by on the way to a festival. There is a park parking lot at the foot of Mt. Kirin, and across the bridge is the Kirinzan Brewery office and warehouse. They had a stall that day, so we bought some there.
We went to the city center to visit the factory, where we participated in a tour of the brewery organized on the day of the festival. The brewery is a combination of machine control and craftsmanship. Tsukihaze brews light and dry sake. Preservation of mountain forests. It was a lot of fun and I learned a lot of things!
After that, I left for Fukushima around noon, so I must have looked like a strange visitor to the townspeople who left before the main event started.
