ornamental crossed rafter ends on shrine gables Soft. Refreshing. A little bitterness at the end. It is very dry with a sake degree of +10, but it has a hint of sweetness. Purchased at a sake brewery. Sake brewery tour across Shizuoka Prefecture (bullet train). It is located in downtown Shizuoka and seems to be a good friend of Raccoon Ana, the izakaya we visited the day before. There was a large spring of water from the Abekawa River in the premises, and we were allowed to draw it. The water was soft and tasty.

lucky (billiards) Very slight tingling. Calm aroma. Soft taste in the mouth. And umami. It is recommended to be served cold, but when heated up, the aroma of rice stands out and it is extremely delicious. I was told that this sake was voted the best everyday sake in Japan by dancyu. I couldn't find it in my stock of the March issue of dancyu, which is a shame because I've been an otaku for a long time. Sake brewery tour across Shizuoka Prefecture (bullet train). I bought a bottle at Aoshima Sake Shop across the street from the brewery. The brothers are the grandfathers of the brewery, which used to be owned by the same company. They are now a separate company and sell other companies' products, but Kikusen is purchased directly from the production area, not through a wholesaler.

Good morning, old man 😃. Thanks for the sake brewery tour across Shizuoka 🤗. I'd like to try the everyday sake Japan's best 😋 I'd like to try it with heated sake 🍶.

Mr. Jay & Nobby I have only had a few sakes from Shizuoka, but they seem to be characterized by dry, calm and easy to drink. In other words, beware that you will find yourself emptying out.

A time of osmosis, the blessings of Oiwa. The smell is odorless. Almost tasteless, yet somehow delicious. It's a good thing there's no hook, because if you're not careful, you'll drink too much. I am not sure what to do with it. Purchased at a sake brewery. Sake brewery tour across Shizuoka Prefecture (bullet train). A residential area near Suruga Bay. The store was full of customers from the moment it opened. It is a popular brand. I was surprised to see a customer who is a big fan of Isojiman saying that he had seen it at a certain liquor store. I was surprised at the detail of the customer who was a fanatic about Isohajime.

(in Japan) 4th note of the ancient chromatic scale (approx. F) Banana-like aroma when inhaled. Melon-like aroma on the palate. Soft dry taste, numbness on the tongue. Bitter at the end, with a hint of sweetness. Shizuoka yeast is used. It is said to be a light and dry sake that goes well with sashimi. So we enjoyed it with a chimera snack of Yaizu's specialty black hanpen with Kiso koji miso. Purchased at a sake brewery. Sake brewery tour across Shizuoka Prefecture (bullet train). Along Route 1. Close to the sea. The brewery's brand name is said to be associated with the birthplace of Yui Masayuki, who plotted the overthrow of the Edo Shogunate. The brewery is the kind of brewery that makes conversation lively.

Gorgeous aroma. Clear and dry. Soft. It is delicious. And the label is cute. When I asked for a recommendation at an izakaya, a new bottle was opened for me. It is made with Shizuoka yeast. Raccoon Hole. A nice izakaya that has been run by a couple for 40 years. For some reason, they are also famous in New York. They are very knowledgeable about Shizuoka's sake breweries, and we were able to hear many stories about them. Kawamura Denbei. The president of Kikusen will visit the store on May 2. Two more days to go, which is too bad.

Chinese Crested Cockatoo Pineapple-like aroma. Slightly effervescent. Sour and dry. Lightly numbing on the throat. It comes on quickly. Delicious. The brewery is located in front of Komagane Station. We went there to buy some at the brewery, but were told that it is not sold directly at the moment. But the brewery owner told us a lot about the origin of the names Stubborn, Tasatsu, Natazo, and QJ. Thank you very much. Searching for sakéwa, it seems that the origin is rather well known. However, I don't know the correct intonation of the name (mount).

seven-person comedy act (usu. presented as a fast-paced dialogue, occ. presented as a skit) Kiso-cho Spring Kurabiraki 2024 April 20 (Sat.) Now underway. Three breweries, Nanasho, Nakanori-san, and Koike Koji-ten, a miso brewery, will open their warehouses. This is also 6 tasting tickets for 1,000 yen. The brewery tours and "Gala-pon" (lottery) are also fun. It is a foul to be able to sample miso and pickles. The sake served at the party was a drop of sake. Thank you, thank you, thank you. The sake was pure white, cloudy, and had a great aroma. It is dry and tastes like porridge.

communal porcelain rosette Sweet rice aroma. Slight fizz. Strong umami. Moderate acidity and juiciness. Softness through the throat. Bitterness at the end. This is Kitayasu Brewing's recommended activity. The label on the back says it is light and slightly dry, but it is completely (our comparison). Very Kitayasu Brewing. Kotani Toji is a difficult kanji to read if you are not a sake drinker.

waah waah! (crying) Sweet aroma. Slightly effervescent. Great flavor. Salivating. It may be sweet, but it is umami. A little bitterness at the end. Anyway, it has a strong flavor. Even when it is combined with strong flavored dishes, the umami is assertive. I like it. I love it. Purchased at a sake brewery. Near a big Aeon store in Saku. It is a rare pattern that sake only available at the distributor can also be purchased at the direct sales store. The representative brand of Furuya Sake Brewery, "Fukayamazakura" is for the general public, while "Wawa" is for the enthusiasts.

This one that smells like strawberries! Gus, sweet deliciousness. The bitterness flows quickly over the tongue and the bitterness is gradually absorbed. Super delicious. I have been drinking only Koshinetsu sake, so I thought I would fill in the map of Japan once in a while. I bought a bottle of Kouei Kiku, but it was from Saga Prefecture. I have never been there, so I can't connect the brand name with the place.

lesser cuckoo (Cuculus poliocephalus) The taste is light and dry, a little sour. It has a unique aroma that cannot be described as caramel-like. It has a unique aroma that is hard to describe. It is soft and a little astringent. It tastes better when heated. Purchased at a sake brewery. Zodiac sign label. All Totsuka sake made with rice from their own rice fields in the neighboring town of Miyota. The sake brewery is located in a shopping street along the old Nakasendo road in Saku City (only open on weekdays). We were also given a seed money from the nearby Hanasura Inari Shrine (Photo 4). The staff at the brewery was easy to talk to and very interesting. I like this brewery.

first Japanese bush warbler to chirp this year (i.e. spring) Little aroma. A close sniff reveals the aroma of rice and a faint smell of alcohol like chemicals. Soft, tasteless, and umakuchi. When drinking, it has a slight numbness and bitterness. It is refreshing. It goes well with any kind of food. I have been drinking so many strong-flavored sake that I thought it tasted light, but now I am beginning to understand how delicious it is. Purchased at a sake brewery. It is a magnificent house. The sales floor is modest. Steam from the boiler. I have the impression that Hatsuyugi is a very powerful local sake in Saku City.

SAN SAN SUN A unique aroma of old sake in a fruity flavor. After the dry, umami taste, there is a slight sweetness. A little astringency. The old sake is mellowed by the coordination of water molecules around the alcohol molecules, which makes sense on the tongue. It is a very good sake that can be drunk smoothly. I would say it is a good introduction to old sake. I love it. It goes well with chocolate and nuts. Aeon limited. Produced by master sommelier Yutaka Takano (from Nagano Prefecture). It is a blend of 1, 2, and 3 year old Fukugen sake. I learned of its existence at a brewery opening a few years ago, and I'm hooked on it so much that I buy it every year. But it is expensive. The best time to buy it is when it goes on sale. I dare to buy it with a discount sticker.

canopy (of a picture) First sip unma! Moderate aroma, like an organic solvent. Slightly dry. Slight fizziness. A little bitterness. Light. Hiraoroku Brewing This is the second bottle of the Craft Sake Re:vive series that uses glutinous brown germinated rice in the koji production process. It is said to be the counterpart of Muhai. It is indeed a pairing of Mukai. I have been following the progress of the project to revive the 100-year-old brewery, from rice cultivation to sake brewing and obtaining a production license, for the past year, so the two-week time gap between the delivery of MUGAI and the receipt of MUGAI was again a bit of a surprise. The practical use of the brewery yeast "Akatsuki" is also in progress. We look forward to the future more and more.

Lightly cloudy. Slight tingling. A sensation that spreads over the entire tongue. The fruity aroma and sweet-sourness combine to give a peachy impression. The aftertaste is deliciously bitter. Delicious. Limited edition for special dealers in commemoration of the Niigata Sake-no-jin 2024. The case collapsed in the 1/1 earthquake, and bottles of sake that survived the disaster but whose types were unknown were put back into one tank. Sad but resilient. It may not be appropriate to post the brand name in Abe.

open Aroma like mint tablets deep in the grape. Acidity and bitterness are low and refreshing. After drinking, sweetness comes gradually. It has elegance. Obtained through crowdfunding. Hiraoroku Brewery This craft saké was launched by a young president who retired from the Kikunoza Brewery and revived sake brewing at the family's birthplace, the Hirai Hizume residence in Shiwa Town, Iwate Prefecture. Other brews that are as close to sake as possible, using glutinous brown germinated rice in the koji production process. This was the reason I stopped in Shiwa Town on my way back from Aomori last year.

Hachimiyama Green apple-like aroma. Mild sweetness. Watery mouthfeel and smooth taste. Easy to drink. It goes down smoothly. Umami. My favorite. Purchased at a convenience store attached to Asahi Village Hall. A special product of the Asahi Village Tourism Association. Miyamanishiki harvested in the village is used. This is the second year for this product. Sales channels are being expanded to Matsumoto, Shiojiri, and Yamagata Village. The business is booming. It is said to be selling better than last year. In fact, it is so good that I am ashamed of myself for thinking that it was just a village development project. This will sell. Sell it. Photo 3 is a cloud in the direction of Mt.

16th of the sixteen mansions of Chinese astronomy (constellations) Sweet aroma like candy. Soft, slight numbness on the tip of the tongue. Sourness followed by sweetness. When swallowed, the mouth is refreshed. Perhaps it is because it is a sake yeast yeast yeast, but it leaves a yogurt-like impression. It has a cohesiveness. It is very delicious. This 2023BY sake, which won an IWC award last year, is now available in a normal size at a reasonable price. Was Miyamanishiki overpowered by the rebels?
