おっIt is very soft, you can taste the flavor of the rice, and it is gradually delicious. It is also delicious warmed. The price is high because it takes a lot of time and effort. They are not making it this year due to lack of snow and other reasons.
The 15th North Alps Yumi-Walk 9/6 13:00-18:00
Hakuba Nishiki is playing 80's hit songs.
The company name is no longer Usui Shoten.
Picture 3 is a sake bun from Chateraise. Hakuba Nishiki is used. おっNorth Alps Drinking Walk underway 9/14-15
Started with Kagamibiraki at Hakuba Nishiki. Good luck!
The Daiginjo selected by the toji is a blend of sake matured for 5 to 10 years. No strange smell, clean and mellow. It's amazing.
Other examples are Usagi Giku from the series named after plants in the Northern Alps. A lineup of sparkling sake and other refreshing sakes, Hakubanishiki's specialty.
There were no sakes that closely resembled Lulac's specs this year, but the composition was quite enjoyable for me, including the (horror of horrors) return of the president's heated sake corner. おっVery slight effervescence. A leafy aroma that is hard to describe. Sweet taste. Flows like water from the mouth to the throat. Nice.
I bought this at a brewery opening event last week. Don't tell anyone that the specs are very similar to the blue one of a certain sake. Probably a limited label for the Kurabiraki event.
It goes super well with the Chinese dumplings I bought at a Chinese restaurant in front of the station during the event! It refreshes the palate while still retaining some sweetness! Maybe they designed it to be so?
This may be my personal favorite of the event. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
