Very slight effervescence. A leafy aroma that is hard to describe. Sweet taste. Flows like water from the mouth to the throat. Nice.
I bought this at a brewery opening event last week. Don't tell anyone that the specs are very similar to the blue one of a certain sake. Probably a limited label for the Kurabiraki event.
It goes super well with the Chinese dumplings I bought at a Chinese restaurant in front of the station during the event! It refreshes the palate while still retaining some sweetness! Maybe they designed it to be so?
This may be my personal favorite of the event.
