We had a sake tasting set at our usual restaurant. It was my first time to drink three glasses of sake. I knew only Kido in Wakayama.

A drinking party with business partners. We had been talking about having a drink in Kanda for a while, but we finally did it. I got the usual sake tasting set. The sake was from Ueda, Nagano, which has a connection with this restaurant. It was more refreshing than usual.

The second cool was these three bottles. Almost all of them were new to me. Especially, I heard that "One Drop Two Drops" is a sake from Nagano, but I had never heard of it. I enjoy the variety of sake. This sake is also my favorite type. Nagano sake is good.

On this day, we celebrated the promotion of our business partner's immediate past. Congratulations on becoming an executive at a young age! He loves sake, so we invited him to this restaurant. The first set of sake tasting was these three bottles. This was my first time to try this sake. It is mellow and delicious.

What is this label and name for the second cup? It is said that the name is derived from the thought of the brewery anxiously and expectantly waiting for the sake to be released from the brewery, overlapping with the thought of waiting for the next bout. How does it taste? A light sweetness with sourness and spiciness that gives it depth. It's delicious. It's just as good as expected.

Today, I was tired from the first thing in the morning until late in the evening after a long series of meetings and discussions, including a lunch break. I decided to have a drink with my juniors and go home. Since I came to this restaurant, I decided to try the sake tasting set. First up was the Shimanto River, from left to right. It is not too spicy and mild for a Tosa sake. It is delicious.
