The last one is Wadaryu, which is also a standard item at this restaurant. I met the brewer at this store before. He says he often stops by. The taste is sweet and tasty. We had a second round of drinks and called it a day. We drank a lot.

The last of the second coolest is the Houken. I thought this might be spicy, but when I put it in my mouth, it is not so much. It is soft to drink, but you can feel the dryness. It is a good feeling.

The second cup was Nabeshima! It's been a while since I've had this one, so I'm looking forward to it. It is sweet and delicious. I can feel the umami more firmly than Fudo. It is delicious.

The third cup is Kurosawa in Nagano. The brewery in Sakuho. It is a place with which I have some connection. Regardless of that, this is the first time I have tasted it, and it is a delicious, light, sweet-tasting sake. It is elegant.

Today we had a private drink for two. He wanted to drink sake in Kanda, so we decided to go to this restaurant that offers a sake tasting set. I left it to him at first. These three bottles. The first one was Banshu Issen. I have not had that much sake, so I wondered how it was. It is super hot, but easy to drink. It is soft. A good start.

Just one more drink. I remembered Wada Ryu, which I had met the president of this restaurant before, and ordered it by itself. This one starts out sweet and is perfect to drink. Fresh, fruity, and delicious. I felt refreshed for tomorrow.

The second cup also has a unique name. It is a sweet and bitter drink, with a good amount of acidity and bitterness, clean and firm. The bitterness stands up quite well. It was my first brand.

I was busy this week preparing for an event tomorrow. After finishing the preparations, I was ready to launch the event by myself. I had a light drink at my favorite restaurant. I ordered the Nagano version of the usual sake tasting set. The first one is called "Mutual suppression," which is a unique name. It is named after a starter, a relay, and a suppressor. The fruity aroma of sweet and sour goes into the nose and is delicious. The aftertaste is tight. It was a winning drink.

3-3 is Gorin from Ishikawa Prefecture. It has been a long time since I have had this restaurant. The previous post was also from this restaurant. It was delicious, spicy, and refreshing. We ended the evening with another glass of Saku. We drank a lot.

The first sake had an unusual label and name. It seems to be a sake planned by female students of Nagano Prefectural University. The proprietress of this restaurant is from Nagano Prefecture, so she must have purchased this sake. I forgot the details, but it was delicious.

The third cup is Saku. I was told that this watsetsu is something that is rarely found in the market. It is sweet and delicious, aromatic and gorgeous. Saku is a sure thing. Today's guest loved it. We will have three cups of sake, and then we had more.
