At that time, I was glued to the label "Mitatsuru," which was on sale in limited quantities. Upon closer inspection, I found that it was a product of the Kobayashi Shuzo brewery, famous for its "Houou Mida" brand, and it was a limited-quantity product available only in Tochigi Prefecture. The aroma had a light ginjo aroma and a gorgeous grape-like scent. The taste is light, but the mellow flavor hits you and then quickly disappears in a virtuous cycle. I could go on and on! I'm looking forward to having it again when I go back to Tochigi☺️!
