Drinking alone after a long time. At a nice bar in my neighborhood. I had Ishizuchi from the first drink, and when I showed my love for sake, they offered me this one, which was not on the menu. He told me that it was made by the father of the creator of the Collage. From the glass, you can smell a faintly refreshing and indescribably good aroma. When I drank it, I didn't think it was sour, but it was clear and acidic. It's clear. The kind that you drink too much of. The aroma is elegant. It's water with a nice aroma. I feel sad about my lack of vocabulary and expression, but it was very delicious.

Sake degree -27! And acidity 4.4 lol, I bought it feeling a little adventurous. I was told by the sake shop that it's thick, so if it's too thick you can have it on the rocks, but maybe it's because of the balance of sweetness and acidity, it's thick but has a clean aftertaste and is delicious as is☺️. It's like a fruit liqueur, but the sourness is more rice-like. The day before yesterday, the first day, straight? I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Today, I had it on the rocks with white miso nabe. The aroma and sweetness of the wine today was more like a grape, I thought. I want to try the other ride series as well.

I bought this one today that came in on October 22, and I opened it right away ✨✨🍾 popping and solid good sound❗️ From the glass, a fruity, sweet and refreshing aroma like muscat! In the mouth, it has a fine gassy taste and a gentle muscat soda-like taste and throat hit. It's sweet but refreshing and doesn't leave any aftertaste. It is like a sweet champagne with little alcohol. It's too good! I'm going to buy the yellow label next time, if it's still available 😅.

When you put it in your mouth, it has a light but mellow aroma and a nice sweetness, but it doesn't leave too much behind. I wonder if the bitterness in the back end makes it feel more refreshing. I can feel some sourness today, but I wonder if the taste will change tomorrow or the day after. And today I'm enjoying it only with alcohol, but I wonder what it would be like with a meal. It's a very tasty sake with no peculiarities that you can enjoy in many ways. The liquor store told me that it's made in an unusual way called centrifugally separated sake, but I don't know how it tastes different because I haven't studied it yet ^^; I'll look into it now!

It's an attractive sake that tastes different depending on what you put it on, whether it's yesterday or today, but no matter what, the aftertaste is as refreshing and easy to drink as after drinking water. I wanted to taste it again tomorrow, but the 4-gallon bottle is already empty😝. This time it was Omachi, but I would like to compare different kinds of Kiheiji.

I wonder if it's because it's an oriental beauty from Aisan that I feel it's sweeter than the ones I've had at some restaurants before. It's a little too sweet for my aunt who drinks it with food, but it's good for drinking on its own and enjoying the deliciousness. By the way, for some reason, when I drank it after the Oyama that I had left over after this, I felt a sourness that I hadn't felt when I was drinking it by itself. It is mysterious.

Junmai Ginjo Origarami. This is an original sake from the liquor store I️ love, Shusen-Dou Horiichi, which has a great selection of sake. This is the champagne of sake. It's so good that I almost finished the whole bottle in no time. It is fizzy and white when you pour it into a glass because it is origarami. The aroma has a fruity rice flavor. It's fruity, but not too floral, and the aftertaste is clean and crisp, without being unpleasant at all. You don't feel like you're drinking sake there, but you can still feel the rice in the aroma. There is no sourness or sharpness, and it is very easy to drink. It is moderately sweet, but not too sweet. There is a very slight bitterness, but if you are not conscious of it, you cannot tell. Well, it is the champagne of rice after all. It's not bad. I think I like this one a lot💕.

The day I opened the bottle, I thought it was a refreshing, easy-drinking type of beer, with some tangy spiciness.
