I went sightseeing to the boathouse in Ine in the summer and bought this as a souvenir. I still have some left, so I'm going to drink it all up.
I forgot what it tasted like when I first opened it 😅.
The color is still the same. Ancient rice red.
Now it tastes like a sweet red port wine and smells like a ripe fruit with a little weight like a dessert wine.
Well, sometimes it's interesting to taste something like this.

My favorite Houraisen has been waiting in the fridge for a while 😍.
When I was in Aichi, I could find Houraisen wherever I went, but since I moved to Kanto, it's hard to find it 💦.
I really like Sora and Bi but I'll settle for Japanese.
It's very light and you can go as much as you want.
Good balance of sweet and sour!
I compared it with Shinshu Kamerei which I opened yesterday, but compared to Kamerei's tangy, bitter taste and aroma, Houraisen has no bitterness and the aftertaste is so smooth that I end up drinking it like sweet water 😁.

I️ heard that Shinshu Kamerei was on sale at my usual liquor store, so I️ went to the store out of the blue.
I've had it at the store, but it didn't make much of an impression on me...
I'll drink it right away!
The aroma is a bit like rice bran.
It has a really refreshing taste with no peculiarities. Not too sweet, not too fragrant, well balanced, just right. It seems to go well with everything and everyone. Maybe that's why it didn't leave a lasting impression😅.
At first I felt a tanginess and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but as I continued drinking it, it seemed to become milder.
The Daiginjo will be on sale at the end of the year, and I wonder if the taste will be much different - I'd like to try it, but it's too cold for me to stand in line!
If it were more glamorous, I'd stand in line to try it, but as I think about it, the year is about to end 💦.
Additional note: After 3 days from opening the bottle, I feel the mild sweetness has increased! The aroma is more pronounced than when I first opened it.
It's becoming my favorite 🫢.

The master told me he had a rare one, so I ordered it.
This is delicious 😋😋.
The aroma is fruity🍈🥭🥭 and although it has a medium mouthfeel, the aroma has a tropical sweetness to it, so it tastes sweet but not too sweet itself.
I heard that it is not widely available.
It's certainly the first time I've heard of it.

I ordered a hiyaoroshi sake comparison set at a local izakaya.
The sake was good, but the autumn sake from Kataemon was too good.
But I've been slacking too much on posting 😅.
I️ think it was fruity, the aroma in the nose was sweet and refreshing like apple, pear or lychee, and the aftertaste was not so bitter but refreshing.
Anyway, it's a delicious ️️️️️️️️️️️️.

A friend recommended this one to me and I️ bought it at my regular liquor store.
Opened today with a pot of miso ✨🍾.
The aroma is fruit, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel a slight gasiness, and for a moment it seems mild and rich, but the aftertaste is very refreshing and clean.
The sweetness is there, but the acidity and bitterness are well balanced.
It has a bitter taste like Eikoufuji.
I can't help but drink it while eating 😅.

I️ opened a bottle of Ocean that was brought out from the backyard of the liquor store.
It's suddenly hot today, so I thought it would be perfect.
When I opened the bottle, a fresh aroma was wafting through the air.
Oh~, it is indeed a chrysanthemum!
It's a green apple, isn't it?
Fresh sourness, but I don't think it's a common sourness - it's an apple-like sourness.
Good aroma, refreshing light sweetness with a nice sharpness, and I drink it very fast💦.
A really, really slight bitterness at the end, well, I almost don't feel it.
This is like a good soda water flavor without the carbonation lol.
Not a good analogy 😅.
It's a perfect image of the beautiful blue ocean ️.

It's daytime sake and sushi on the road 🤤.

This is the second sake I drank out of the comparison set, a local sake from Tochigi, where I was traveling.
Tochigi has a lot of fruity umaguchi that I like, but this was a first for me. And it also tastes like your favorite ☺️💕.
The aroma, sweetness is soft and fluffy, but light and refreshing. Not so much bitterness or sourness, but it's refreshing in the mouth at the end.
It is served with boiled yuba from Nikko.
I compared it with Jyushidai, and it is as good as Jyushidai.
The Jyushiyo is mellow, but this one has a light, refreshing taste.
I'm going to buy some next time.

This is a set to compare drinks, but I'll drink up from this one first❗️.
It is clean, light and a little sour. It is dry but has a softness and lightness without tingling. Perfect for a meal. It is served with tempura of wild vegetables.

Overnight trip to Lake Chuzenji in Nikko.
Delicious sushi and drink set for lunch.
If it's available, we always order ‼️Template Jyushidai 😁.
It's not easy to get it individually anymore 😭.
I think it's the best when I drink it once in a while.
I think it's the ultimate balance.
It's full-bodied, umami, sweet, and fragrant, with a mild yet elegant finish and a fresh ‼️What the heck is this? It's a great sake no matter how many times I drink it.
The brewed sake of Jyushidai is well, well, okay, but the Junmai sake is always amazing ❗️.
Anyway, when I drink Jyushi-Dai in a sake comparison set, I try to drink it last. Because the other sake's taste is too hazy...

It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of Kangiku. I mean, I went to a liquor store after a long time and they happened to have a bottle left❗️
I asked him, "Is this the only bottle of Kangiku you have? I asked.
I asked if this was the only bottle of Kangiku, and they said they had a bottle of summer sake that came in today, so I bought Ocean with it 😁.
But I'll have this one first❗️
The moment the bottle was opened with a nice sound, a soft and sweet aroma wafted through the air.
It's milky white with a lot of gas and delicious flavor.
It's delicious 💕.
It's sweet and fruity, but the bitterness ties it up, so it really has a crisp aftertaste. The bitterness is also kind of a bitter taste that doesn't make you feel bitter.
And I still love this gassy feeling❗️
It's hard to describe, but I think it's a taste that is unique to chrysanthemum.

One day after opening the bottle, the bitterness has diminished.
Two days later, the bitterness was lessened and it became sweeter and mellower☺️.
The gas is still there, so it became a mild fruity rice soda!

I drank it for the first time.
The aroma is like a refreshing lychee.
The taste is sweet with a hint of sourness, and is the type of drink that goes well with all kinds of food.
Contrary to what I expected from the aroma, I was surprised to find that it has no sweetness at all.
But after swallowing it, the aroma in the nose is refreshing like lychee 😚 I think it's delicious!
It's not as good as Hana Yokuyo 😅, but it depends on how I feel at the time!

With a former co-worker.
I got a set of drinks to compare.
Since I was in Aichi, which I missed, I chose three kinds: my favorite Kuheiji, the reliable Amami, and my first Tosa Shiragiku Naturals.
Freshly opened and gassy. Melon, maybe.
Easy to drink and very tasty‼️.
I'm going to drink it now, and I'm so excited!
I found myself finishing it before my favorites, Kuheiji and Amami.
This Tosa Shiragiku, or Concept Worker series, is said to come in three varieties: heaven, earth and water.
I wanted to compare them with those three types 😁.

It was cloudy with a firm ooze, probably due to the last part of the bottle.
It has a fresh fruit aroma and rice acidity. There is a slight bitterness, and the aftertaste is really refreshing.
It is delicious.

I was given a new bottle of sake to open.
Perhaps it was because it was freshly opened, but it had a tangy but sweet fruity taste with a clean aftertaste.
It was normally delicious, but in my opinion, Aozora, which I had tasted first, had a higher share.
