As soon as I opened it, it smelled so good!
It has a gorgeous aroma and a lactic acid-like scent!
When you put it in your mouth, it has a light but mellow aroma and a nice sweetness, but it doesn't leave too much behind. I wonder if the bitterness in the back end makes it feel more refreshing.
I can feel some sourness today, but I wonder if the taste will change tomorrow or the day after.
And today I'm enjoying it only with alcohol, but I wonder what it would be like with a meal.
It's a very tasty sake with no peculiarities that you can enjoy in many ways.
The liquor store told me that it's made in an unusual way called centrifugally separated sake, but I don't know how it tastes different because I haven't studied it yet ^^; I'll look into it now!
