It was being pushed strongly at the liquor store, so I bought it to try it out. It was the first time I had heard the term "first drink out. I guess there are a lot of people who want to drink sake at its best.
Although the label said that the best sake was selected and commercialized, I couldn't feel what was special to my palate. It was just a delicious sake that tasted good. It had a softness that is typical of Miyamanishiki.

In early summer, sake breweries hold a "first drinking out" to check the state of maturity of their sake.
This sake is a special limited edition sake made by selecting the best sake from the junmai ginjo-shu sealed off at the "Hatsu-nomikiri" by member stores of the Japan Famous Sake Brewers' Association.
Sake soaking satisfaction: 🍶🍶.

When it was first opened in July, it was a little tangy.
I thought it was refreshing, but a little spicy for me, and I would have preferred something a little more fruity.
But the longer I let it sit, the more refreshing the aroma became, and the sweeter it became. It became delicious!
