At a reasonably priced izakaya.
A little drink with friends.
Gobashi was delicious as usual❗️.
It was better than the first glass of fizzy draft beer😅.
I've been skipping the UP.
I think it tastes like melon, but beautiful without being soggy😅.
I thought I️ would buy it again 😅.
The one that was fruity and gone in no time.
Freshly opened, melon aroma Lane
Sweet, mellow, yet refreshing!
It's delicious😊.
A few days later, it started to get more sour.
This would have definitely tasted better freshly opened😅.
Maybe I should drink it sooner.
I knew Oze Snow was easy to drink.
It's fruity, sweet, and delicious!
It also has a nice aroma as soon as you open it.
and you end up drinking too much without thinking about it.
Surprisingly, no matter what you pair it with
I think this sake will retain its taste and aroma no matter what you pair it with.
This is one of the chrysanthemums that I opened at the end of the year.
I've been neglecting to upload it, so I've forgotten how it tastes.
But
More gorgeous than Ocean✨.
The sweetness is stronger and the smell is more fruity💕.
I'm not sure what to make of this.
I️ love it.
This is one of the series that I skipped uploading and forgot the taste already.
At the end of the year, I opened some of the Sanguiku sake.
It was gorgeous, fruity, and had a beautiful aftertaste.
It was gorgeous, fruity, and had a beautiful aftertaste, but it also had a rather bitter taste when I first opened it.
However, it has a gassy taste, so the bitterness is refreshing.
I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not.
I think 😅.
From the glass, the aroma is sweet lychee, but with a stronger sweetness. On the palate, there is a strong sense of gas, with a sweet but refreshing finish.
I'm not so sure about that because I have a distant memory of Denshogiku 😅, but anyway, it was the most shocking taste since Denshogiku red ️.
Does it feel kind of thick in the glass? It also has a nice gassy feel.
The first sip is sweet and bitter without being overpowering, and the taste is so complex I can't even describe it lol.
It's a mixture of sweet, umami, bitter, and sour flavors, but it's not unpleasant. And if you leave it in the glass for a while, you'll feel the sweetness increase.
The aroma isn't strong either, but it smells good☺️.
It's the first time in my life to try this Shinzo, but it seems that there are Araduki, Nakakumi, and Tameshi in the Nanayo series. I'd like to compare them, but there was another sake I wanted, so I only bought this one this time 😅 I'm sorry 💦 It's delicious.
My favorite neighborhood bar.
I didn't expect them to have this!
I️ feel like the master should have told me sooner!
It smells too good before and after I drink it 😚💕.
A wonderful aroma that lingers softly in the nose😌.
The sweetness is so elegant, and it disappears so easily!
I can drink as much as I want 😅.
Yakitori restaurant in the neighborhood.
I looked at the menu and thought, "I don't have any good sake today," so I drank a cup and paid the bill. While I was paying the bill, I looked back at the refrigerator and saw a bottle of Hanayakuyo.
So, let me drink this and ask the lady of the shop to return to the seat😁.
I've been going to the brewery many times since this fall, but I couldn't buy it at the right time, so I was a little emotional to find it here and in the middle of the checkout process.
The gorgeous aroma, the elegant sweetness, and the deliciousness linger in the back of your mouth - it's just too good!
I really want a bottle of this.
Gorgeous aroma💕and then in the mouth it's umasweet and clean❗️.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great.
I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing.
It's delicious ☺️.
It's neat. Just a hint of good sweetness, and before you can even think about what it smells like, the bitterness comes and the sweetness and aroma are gone 😅.
If I think about it, I might drink too much lol
It's delicious, but I'm more of an ALCHEMIST kind of guy.
A few days later, the bitterness is gone and the sweetness and aroma is gone.
I'm sorry to say I'm in the ALCHEMIST camp, but I love this stuff 😅.
I was so nervous that I forgot to take a picture of it when I ordered it at my local izakaya, along with the Bon Cho Gin 😅.
It has a fruity aroma like grapes.
I was so nervous that I forgot to take a picture 😅.
I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great idea.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to drink it again.
I think it was a waste of time...
Found at a local izakaya!
Bon's Cho Gin!
I thought it was expensive, but we don't buy 720ml 11,000 yen for drinking at home, so I tried to drink only 60cc of it😁.
Yum! Full-bodied! Nice aroma! It has a rich and mellow flavor. A lingering aftertaste after swallowing something delicious lol.
The lack of expression is sad, but it is different from the common sake that has a bitter, tangy or alcoholic aftertaste💦.
This is delicious!
I forgot to take a picture when I was tasting it💦.
Mr. Kitchee, I've been a fan of Sanbon since I didn't know what sake tasted like! This is the most expensive line of Sanbon, so there's no way it can't be good😁.
I'm sure you'll love it.
Ameyoko series of drinking outside with dogs. We drank sake at an outside table because of the POP that said "Jyushiyo".
We drank this too.
It's just plain delicious! LOL!
I'm no longer sure because I'm drinking too many good sakes at the same time & I'm drunk😅.
This is another well-balanced sake that I'm sure anyone would find delicious.
I just found out that this black label is somewhat of a premium on the internet or something💦💦.
But I was a little too greedy this day.
I never thought I'd be able to drink so many different kinds of good sake with my dog.
Ameyoko Banzai🙌!
In the Ameyoko Shopping with Dogs series, we drank sake at an outside table because of the POP that said "Jyushiyo" on it.
We also had a bottle of Jishin! It's really good 🤤.
It's probably the best sake I've ever had on its own.
It's fragrant and fruity, yet refreshing and clean. And yet, when I drink it alternately with the Jyushiyo, the Jyushiyo's aroma and deliciousness outweighs its elegance. This shouldn't be an assumption 😅 but it is an assessment based on a very drunk tongue 💦💦.
I happened to be shopping at Ameyoko with my dog and was caught by the POP of "Jyushiyo" and drank outside table😅.
I can't forget how impressed I was with the Jyushiyo I drank before, and when I see those three letters I order it with my automatic 💦
I've been drinking it for a while now, and it's always good!
What a balance. It has a rich and gorgeous aroma, yet it is light, with an elegant sweetness and bitterness that leaves a clean aftertaste. There is nothing that sticks in your mind. It's smooth.
I don't have the vocabulary to describe it well, but I can understand why the world wants it.
The shop here also said that once this is over, they won't be able to stock it anymore😥.
While I was shopping with my dog at Ameyoko, I was attracted by the POP that said "Jyushiyo" and drank sake at an outside table.
There were three types of Shinsei, including the No6, but I drank the S type for the first time.
The acidity was stronger than I expected. It's nice and crisp, but
I think it's because I drank the Jyushiro first, so I think it's outclassed in balance.
Or I drank it at a restaurant like this, and the bottle has been opened too long.
It's definitely delicious, but I think I'd like it to be a little more mellow for my taste.
When poured into a wine glass, it has a sweet aroma.
In the mouth, there is a slight tanginess and bitterness, but in spite of this aroma, the aftertaste is really mellow but refreshing, or rather, it is water. Soft water!
The label says it's "clear," and that's exactly what it is.
It reminded me a little of the Kamizen I drank the other day.
I was so impressed with the origami of the Denshogiku red label that I ran out to buy the yellow one! And while I was at it, I also bought two more bottles of red 🤣.
According to the liquor store info it's sweeter than the red label, but you can't tell unless you compare them at the same time😅.
I think the red label was better, but it's still delicious.
It's a great sweet rice champagne with a nice aroma and a nice finish.
Mii3-san konbanha(´´∀∩)
I see you bought some more (*´罒`*) nihihi♡.
We couldn't buy it, but it looks like there was an additional sale, so I'll go back to the liquor store again😊.
It's insanely delicious❣️.
