It's neat. Just a hint of good sweetness, and before you can even think about what it smells like, the bitterness comes and the sweetness and aroma are gone 😅. If I think about it, I might drink too much lol It's delicious, but I'm more of an ALCHEMIST kind of guy. A few days later, the bitterness is gone and the sweetness and aroma is gone. I'm sorry to say I'm in the ALCHEMIST camp, but I love this stuff 😅.

I was so nervous that I forgot to take a picture of it when I ordered it at my local izakaya, along with the Bon Cho Gin 😅. It has a fruity aroma like grapes. I was so nervous that I forgot to take a picture 😅. I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great idea. I'm not sure if I'll be able to drink it again. I think it was a waste of time...

Found at a local izakaya! Bon's Cho Gin! I thought it was expensive, but we don't buy 720ml 11,000 yen for drinking at home, so I tried to drink only 60cc of it😁. Yum! Full-bodied! Nice aroma! It has a rich and mellow flavor. A lingering aftertaste after swallowing something delicious lol. The lack of expression is sad, but it is different from the common sake that has a bitter, tangy or alcoholic aftertaste💦. This is delicious! I forgot to take a picture when I was tasting it💦.

Mr. Kitchee, I've been a fan of Sanbon since I didn't know what sake tasted like! This is the most expensive line of Sanbon, so there's no way it can't be good😁. I'm sure you'll love it.

Ameyoko series of drinking outside with dogs. We drank sake at an outside table because of the POP that said "Jyushiyo". We drank this too. It's just plain delicious! LOL! I'm no longer sure because I'm drinking too many good sakes at the same time & I'm drunk😅. This is another well-balanced sake that I'm sure anyone would find delicious. I just found out that this black label is somewhat of a premium on the internet or something💦💦. But I was a little too greedy this day. I never thought I'd be able to drink so many different kinds of good sake with my dog. Ameyoko Banzai🙌!

In the Ameyoko Shopping with Dogs series, we drank sake at an outside table because of the POP that said "Jyushiyo" on it. We also had a bottle of Jishin! It's really good 🤤. It's probably the best sake I've ever had on its own. It's fragrant and fruity, yet refreshing and clean. And yet, when I drink it alternately with the Jyushiyo, the Jyushiyo's aroma and deliciousness outweighs its elegance. This shouldn't be an assumption 😅 but it is an assessment based on a very drunk tongue 💦💦.

I happened to be shopping at Ameyoko with my dog and was caught by the POP of "Jyushiyo" and drank outside table😅. I can't forget how impressed I was with the Jyushiyo I drank before, and when I see those three letters I order it with my automatic 💦 I've been drinking it for a while now, and it's always good! What a balance. It has a rich and gorgeous aroma, yet it is light, with an elegant sweetness and bitterness that leaves a clean aftertaste. There is nothing that sticks in your mind. It's smooth. I don't have the vocabulary to describe it well, but I can understand why the world wants it. The shop here also said that once this is over, they won't be able to stock it anymore😥.

While I was shopping with my dog at Ameyoko, I was attracted by the POP that said "Jyushiyo" and drank sake at an outside table. There were three types of Shinsei, including the No6, but I drank the S type for the first time. The acidity was stronger than I expected. It's nice and crisp, but I think it's because I drank the Jyushiro first, so I think it's outclassed in balance. Or I drank it at a restaurant like this, and the bottle has been opened too long. It's definitely delicious, but I think I'd like it to be a little more mellow for my taste.

When poured into a wine glass, it has a sweet aroma. In the mouth, there is a slight tanginess and bitterness, but in spite of this aroma, the aftertaste is really mellow but refreshing, or rather, it is water. Soft water! The label says it's "clear," and that's exactly what it is. It reminded me a little of the Kamizen I drank the other day.

I was so impressed with the origami of the Denshogiku red label that I ran out to buy the yellow one! And while I was at it, I also bought two more bottles of red 🤣. According to the liquor store info it's sweeter than the red label, but you can't tell unless you compare them at the same time😅. I think the red label was better, but it's still delicious. It's a great sweet rice champagne with a nice aroma and a nice finish.

At a bar in my neighborhood. They offered me a bottle of sake, but I was so engrossed in chatting with the master that I forgot to take a picture💦💦, probably the Junmai Ginjo with the green label. It's refreshing and goes well with any meal. I think it's a good sake with no peculiarities, easy for anyone to drink!

Drinking alone after a long time. At a nice bar in my neighborhood. I had Ishizuchi from the first drink, and when I showed my love for sake, they offered me this one, which was not on the menu. He told me that it was made by the father of the creator of the Collage. From the glass, you can smell a faintly refreshing and indescribably good aroma. When I drank it, I didn't think it was sour, but it was clear and acidic. It's clear. The kind that you drink too much of. The aroma is elegant. It's water with a nice aroma. I feel sad about my lack of vocabulary and expression, but it was very delicious.

Sake degree -27! And acidity 4.4 lol, I bought it feeling a little adventurous. I was told by the sake shop that it's thick, so if it's too thick you can have it on the rocks, but maybe it's because of the balance of sweetness and acidity, it's thick but has a clean aftertaste and is delicious as is☺️. It's like a fruit liqueur, but the sourness is more rice-like. The day before yesterday, the first day, straight? I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Today, I had it on the rocks with white miso nabe. The aroma and sweetness of the wine today was more like a grape, I thought. I want to try the other ride series as well.

I bought this one today that came in on October 22, and I opened it right away ✨✨🍾 popping and solid good sound❗️ From the glass, a fruity, sweet and refreshing aroma like muscat! In the mouth, it has a fine gassy taste and a gentle muscat soda-like taste and throat hit. It's sweet but refreshing and doesn't leave any aftertaste. It is like a sweet champagne with little alcohol. It's too good! I'm going to buy the yellow label next time, if it's still available 😅.

When you take it in your mouth, you can smell the sourness of the rice, but when you drink it, you can taste the sweetness of the rice! I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. I'm not sure if it's because of the sweetness or the umami 😅!

Hi Mii3, good evening😄. The label has an impact like a gold folding screen 😳. It has a pear-like aroma, a delicious flavor, and a crisp finish, which I really like 🤣 (the same flavor in the saku).

Hello, T.KISO! I also like it very much, but the price is a bit more expensive than the sake I always drink 😅 It was 2,750 yen for a four-pack. The label is also Tawaraya Sotatsu.

As soon as I opened it, it smelled so good! It has a gorgeous aroma and a lactic acid-like scent! When you put it in your mouth, it has a light but mellow aroma and a nice sweetness, but it doesn't leave too much behind. I wonder if the bitterness in the back end makes it feel more refreshing. I can feel some sourness today, but I wonder if the taste will change tomorrow or the day after. And today I'm enjoying it only with alcohol, but I wonder what it would be like with a meal. It's a very tasty sake with no peculiarities that you can enjoy in many ways. The liquor store told me that it's made in an unusual way called centrifugally separated sake, but I don't know how it tastes different because I haven't studied it yet ^^; I'll look into it now!

It has a mild sweetness and a fruity aroma that spreads softly in the mouth. It has a soft and pleasant taste. If you drink it during a meal, you will get a little tangy and bitter taste. I think it tastes better if you drink only alcohol. I prefer the type where the aroma lingers in my nose more and more afterwards, but this one is delicious with a slight scent and a slight sweetness.

At an izakaya in the neighborhood. The aroma from the glass is slightly sweet, like cotton candy. It is refreshing in the mouth. A slightly refreshing fruity aroma lingers in the nose. It is a beautiful sake. It doesn't have much sweetness or bitterness, so it's the kind of sake that makes you drink too much.

At a local pub. I like the aroma that comes through the nose afterwards! But I guess it's not a sake that's easy to drink for everyone... It is a good sake with a mellow, full aroma and a bitter taste.

At a local pub. Compared to the Ginban we were drinking a while ago, it has a mellow richness and sweetness that is typical of sake. However, it's not the gorgeous fruity type that's popular now, it's just like sake. But there is no aftertaste, and it is easy to drink.
