AKABU, which I haven't had much to drink for some reason.
We decided to have a Junmai Daiginjo from the UA collaboration 🍶.
The ginjo aroma is juicy and reminds me of sweetness 😋.
The taste is soft and clear with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity to make it easy to drink.
I could also taste the umami of the rice and it was quite my favorite umami sake!
I think I might like AKABU 🥳✨
