Mr. Sparkling Tasake Sparkling Tasake I found while looking at the fridge behind my seat and having a drink! They weren't supposed to open it yet, but the master kindly agreed to open it for us 😭🙏. Thank you for that time 🙇‍♂️💦 Tasake always poured in a wine glass, not a tokkuri! It's so tangy and delicious 😋😋. I had it with fried oyster tartar, and the fresh citrusy aroma and the shwashiness flowed in harmony with the oily fried oysters! It goes great with fried food 🥳.
