When I asked for a recommendation, Nanaken's hiyaoroshi came up!
It was a change from the autumn sake we had just had, with a light and refreshing taste, more like the umami of rice than sweetness and flavor! It tasted more like rice flavor 😋✨.
However, I was already on the verge of drunkenness, so I could not give a detailed review, but I was drinking it while saying it was delicious. ☺️
