Brewer's alcohol 18 degrees.
I felt it was either alcoholic or strong.
The taste is sweet, carbonation and spiciness followed by sourness!
This is my first sake from Niigata Prefecture. It is indeed a rice-producing area!
This is my first time drinking it! I was curious about it while watching your post.
Sake is sophisticated and well balanced!
Sweetness, acidity and a bit of a kick 🤔.
It's hard to describe, but just delicious!
Day 1
Comparison of limited ALPHA TYPE1 DRY and normal!
DRY just got a limited supply 🥰.
About the taste
DRY has a strong carbonation, pungency and sourness!
Normal has a sweeter taste and less carbonation than DRY.
It is interesting that there is a difference even though they are the same TYPE1. And when the temperature changes after a little time, DRY seems to be closer to Normal. The depth is very deep.
This is the first time for me to compare Kaze no Mori, but if you can get it, please try it.
I will continue to report on the taste as it changes over the next few days 😆.
Hi, Rehma.
I have just recently learned about this one, and it has the same ALPHA1 but with a very opposite taste 😊.
I'm very interested to compare them when I come across them 🎵.
Hi, Rehma!
I found these two bottles in the store today, but I kept staring at them for a few minutes, not knowing what the difference was, and then I bought only the DRY and withdrew. I need to compare them. I will buy more next week and give it a try!
Thank you for your comment ma-ki-.
The difference is exactly opposite! I felt the difference between sourness and sweetness. I hope you can get it 😆 I'm still 🔰 but Kaze no Mori is a sake I would like to drink and enjoy from time to time.
Momochi-san, I just saw an article on something in Kaze no Mori that recommended a drinking comparison, so I bought it. Please get it next week and taste the difference😁.
3rd day.
DRY is a little less curdled and less acidic. The pungency of the DRY was felt more than on day 1!
Normal also seemed to have a deeper sourness in the sweetness. Interesting to see the differences and similarities!
As the label says, it is low in alcohol and easy to drink, light and spicy at the end. You can also taste the flavor of rice and sweetness. It is surely easy to drink for everyone! Easy to drink and delicious!
This was also freshly opened and refreshing!
The first sip with a tangy, slightly carbonated taste. The sweetness was followed by a sourness that made it easy to drink and just delicious!
I got it freshly opened, so it must have been fresher!
I love Nabeshima 😊.
I feel a slight carbonation after the sweetness and a tangy pungency.
I feel a sense of alcohol or sake, but it feels deep, or heavy, or profound. ☺️
Sake from Higashimurayama, which is associated with Shimura Ken! This is another favorite!
Recommended by the proprietress of my favorite izakaya💕
I asked a liquor store near my house for a recommendation and they said this was delicious!
It is delicious! Slightly carbonated, acidic and sweet with a hint of rice flavor. My favorite sake!
Sake recommended at a liquor store.
I asked for a recommendation for a sour sake, and this sake was it.
The owner was right, it is easy to drink with a little sourness but also sweetness.
Sake from Nara. I have been thinking of drinking it someday, but today was the first time!
The dryness of the sake comes after the initial sipping!
Easy to drink!
It is easy to drink without any habit. It is easy to drink with a dry taste coming afterwards!
Recommended by the owner of a new restaurant we visited!
Unlike Senkou Beetle, it has a slightly sour taste that is restrained and mellow. (Sorry for my lack of expression.)
But it has a refreshing feeling as a summer sake. It is an easy to drink sake.
This is another sake I wanted to try someday. It is one of the best 3 sakes I have ever had.
It is one of my top 3 best sake ever. ❗️
The color is a little cloudy. It has a sweetness and a depth to it. I'm not good enough at expressing it, but I just loved it. ❗️
I have been wanting to drink this drink someday after seeing your post. It's hard to describe the sourness, the sweetness, is it rummy or yogurt, but it's perfect for summer.
It is a summer sake, so it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is a sake that you can't stop drinking.
The spiciness comes later, but you can also taste the rice flavor.
Yellowish color.
It was served cold. It has a strong rice flavor and a spicy aftertaste, as is typical of junmai sake.
It is said to be delicious hot, but in summer it is best served cold! It was delicious.
A unique autumn deer flavor (mellow?). while also having a refreshing sweetness and spiciness. Easy to drink. (Yamahai 1st and 2nd)
I also tried the same Aki-shika, but with a sweeter taste. It had the impression of Aki-shika but with more sweetness. (The 3rd and 4th pictures of Nama-Hashiroshi)
