This sake was purchased last week at Kochi Prefecture's "Tosatosa" product store in KITTEOSAKA. It is a small size, but I bought it for a taste. It has a mild sweetness, followed by a light and crisp spiciness! The aftertaste is refreshing 😊. This spiciness is good because we tend to have sweet sake at home! I like to enjoy a variety of flavors when drinking at home, so I would like to have not only sweet sake, but also moderately spicy, refreshing sake, acidic sake, and several other kinds of sake on hand 😄.

On my way back from KITTEOSAKA, I went to the food section of Hanshin Department Store. There was a corner where one could stand and drink at what appeared to be a sake bar, and since it was a Mie Prefecture fair, I was served a new sake from Saku. It had a freshness that was typical of new sake! It had a freshness to it, and with the muscat flavor of Saku, I was glad I stopped by and had a drink. The timeline of my post is a bit strange, but I went to a sake bar afterwards. A day where I drank quite a bit in one day. I gave the same post 3 times 😅 I was so drunk. But it was a fun day!

After the Emon Nippon Meguri on the 6th floor, I was getting hungry, so I moved on. I usually start with beer🍻, but since I was already enjoying sake, I had sake here as well! Yamahane (Sawae), which I had often seen at the supermarket. The sake was served in a generous portion and was a great value for the money. The taste was perfect for a meal, with sweetness followed by spiciness, and a solid, stable flavor. I thoroughly enjoyed KITTEOSAKA.

I went to KITTE OSAKA, which I had wanted to visit. On the second floor, "Aruemon Nippon Meguri" and local products from each region are gathered on the floor, and there is a sake corner, a corner where you can compare drinks, and a dreamy place with vending machines for tastings. KITTEOSAKA① First, Niigata! I was allowed to compare 3 kinds of sake. 1) Hokusetsu Daiginjo Koshi-tanrei (2) Maryo Daiginjo (3) Manotsuru Junmai Ginjo My favorite was (1) Hokusetsu. It is soft, round, and gently sweet. It was easy to drink and the first sip made me say, "Yum! (2) also had a gentle sweetness. But it was more robust than ①. (3) is also a sweet type. But it was more powerful than ① and ②. Overall, it is not so much the difference but the sweetness and roundness, is that similar? I don't know if it was the taste of the rice, the water, or the regional character, but I was in a good mood. After this, we started off the day with a lot of drinking until the evening! (That's right, I'm drunk. 〰︎)

Dull color. It is sweet and easy to drink! 〜Reflection 1) Black Jack Nagasaki 　Sweetness in sourness. 2) Ocean99 Chiba 　Contents are as above. 3) Chochin Shuzo Aichi 　Kakkaku" is spicy, followed by sweetness! I thought it was the opposite of (1) and (3). I am sure it was all delicious.

When I enthusiastically told an acquaintance that I wanted to conquer sake from all over Japan at Sake-no-Wawa, he told me that he had a classmate who had a friend who had taken over a sake brewery and gave me a bottle of Kikusen. Thanks to him, it was my first time in Shizuoka Prefecture🤣. The taste is refreshing and easy to drink. It is light with a touch of sweetness, and I am sure it is easy to drink for first-timers as well. It's really easy to drink. 〰︎ I loved it 😋.

This is another one I wanted to try! It's the one after Nanbu Bijin today, and it has a refreshing taste that remains after the refreshing sweetness. When I went to buy Kaze no Mori at Higashikawa Sake Shop in Gosho City, Nara Prefecture, I was recommended this sake, which is also delicious. The taste of Kaze no Mori changes depending on the temperature! Not as hot as hot sake, but sweeter at 35-40 degrees Celsius! It has an interesting flavor that is typical of Kaze no Mori, but also has a junmai feel that makes it suitable for warming up 🤣. I regularly visit Kaze no Mori's local sake shop in Gosho City, Nara Prefecture, to try their limited edition sake. Ya interesting. They say when the seal turns pink, it's ready to drink.

I had a drink before, Sharaku. I drink it at my favorite restaurant. I thought I hadn't posted this one, so I chose this sake today. It is fruity and easy to drink! The sweetness of the rice is followed by a touch of spiciness. I love this type of sake 😍. When I first started drinking Sharaku, I couldn't read the kanji because it was so difficult, but now I can react to it as a delicious sake 😄.
