It is a well-balanced sake! (If you fill in Akita prefecture in the Sake-no-Wawa app, it will fill in Tohoku, so I looked for Akita prefecture and drank it lol) I thought that the taste changes depending on the combination of food!

I saw it for the first time and ordered it. The label said it was 16 degrees, so I thought it might be a little stronger than I like, but it was very refreshing. I had it at a restaurant I was curious about! The aroma is subdued, but the moment I drank it, the sweetness spread out and it was too delicious! Since it is from Daling Aisan, the name suggests a sweet taste, but it is not at all too sweet, and it is great! It's too good to be true!

This sake was recommended to me by a waiter at a restaurant in Sangenjaya. It is a version of Yukio's Aiyama, and it seems to be limited to the prefecture. I love Aiyama, so I was very lucky. I drank it thinking it was Aizan, but it was easy to drink and well-balanced, although the characteristics were not so strong. It is my favorite, but it was the best Yukio I have ever tasted. The waitress at this restaurant seems to be from Niigata, and they seem to have a variety of limited edition Niigata sake. The food was delicious and I would like to go again.

It's been a while since I had a drink at home! I went to a supermarket that I don't often go to and found this. I found ohmine's Natsu no Otoshiri, which is my favorite sake, and it confirmed that I would be drinking it at home today. First of all, it has a great aroma, with a nice sweetness that is well-balanced and doesn't interfere with anything. The end is refreshing and summery. There are some summer sakes that are sweet but have a sake-like taste at the end (which I like), but Natsu no Otosore, is clean and has no squeamishness. It is a perfect match for carpaccio and crispy snacks, but it is also refreshing and tasty with strong flavored food (although it sometimes loses out a little). The label is also cute. Everything about it is perfect.... I drink it because I think I love it... lol

It is juicy and delicious, with a sense of schwarziness! The overall balance is good, but there is also a sweetness in the back, but the sake-like sensation on the nose is also delicious. I drank it last year, but I felt that the aroma and sweetness were lost, so I want to finish it as soon as possible. I can drink it without thinking about it, so I'm sure I'll run out soon!

As I drank it, I got hooked on the sweet but light feeling, and with the low alcohol content, I found myself drinking a lot of sake before I knew it. The base is the usual delicious Daishinshu dry, but the freshness of the fresh-from-the-pack? A little bit of schwarziness? It is also recommended for those who prefer a sweeter taste! It goes well with mozuku vinegar and other vinegared miso types! I had it paired with ume shiso pork belly rolls, and the flavors spread to the palate and were very tasty!

I received a freshly opened bottle. The aroma is not high, but fresh. The moment I drank it, I thought, "Sweet! I thought it was sweet. But the aftertaste was clean and not at all unpleasantly sweet. It was rather a delicious sake! This was the first time I drank the pink (separately selected raw) version of the Masamune instrumental sake, and I felt it was the sweetest (because it was freshly opened and because I ate it). (It may be because it was freshly opened, and it may have been a combination of the two.) I can't think of anything to pair it with food, so I'll ask the manager next time. When I first started drinking sake, I liked something like this, but now I think I like something a little more relaxed. I feel like I've grown up.

I was attracted by the summery label. The aroma was confirmed to be highly fruity and delicious. Immediately after drinking it, it is sweet and fruity. This is Kawatsuru produced by Koyama Shoten in Tama (Seiseki Sakuragaoka). It is a junmai nama sake with a delicious flavor, and although it is dry, it is easy to drink, almost sweet. My personal impression is that it is the kind of sake that men and women of all ages will like and that everyone will like. I would like to drink it slowly. This is my impression of a sake that I do not often choose to drink!

Daishinshu's Hand Series? Teuchi The aroma is gentle, soft, mild, and light. I also thought it would be too mild and lose its impression if drunk after about the 4.5 cups. When I first drank it, I was full at the time and could not taste it at all. When I drank it again later, I found out how good it was in my hands and enjoyed it.
