I received a freshly opened bottle. The aroma is not high, but fresh. The moment I drank it, I thought, "Sweet! I thought it was sweet. But the aftertaste was clean and not at all unpleasantly sweet. It was rather a delicious sake!
This was the first time I drank the pink (separately selected raw) version of the Masamune instrumental sake, and I felt it was the sweetest (because it was freshly opened and because I ate it). (It may be because it was freshly opened, and it may have been a combination of the two.)
I can't think of anything to pair it with food, so I'll ask the manager next time.
When I first started drinking sake, I liked something like this, but now I think I like something a little more relaxed. I feel like I've grown up.
