呑蔵之介
It has a clean, umami taste. It is light, but also mellow.
There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but it is not unpleasant. It has a good aroma that goes well with dishes with a little soy sauce.
The label says it is dry, but I don't feel it that much.
