The base is the usual delicious Daishinshu dry, but the freshness of the fresh-from-the-pack? A little bit of schwarziness? It is also recommended for those who prefer a sweeter taste!
It goes well with mozuku vinegar and other vinegared miso types! I had it paired with ume shiso pork belly rolls, and the flavors spread to the palate and were very tasty!
