The aroma is gorgeous. When I took a sip, I thought it would be sweet and have a moderate aftertaste, but it didn't. As I drank it, I got hooked on the sweet but light feeling, and with the low alcohol content, I found myself drinking a lot of sake before I knew it. As stated on the back cover, it is very well-balanced and very tasty.

First of all, the aroma is fruity and heightened! The moment you drink it, first it is sweet, and then it is just juicy! It is fresh! I thought! It was juicier than any sake I've ever had! It was juicy compared to other sake I've had! The aftertaste is thin, clean and easy to drink! It is good to drink on its own or with food!

The base is the usual delicious Daishinshu dry, but the freshness of the fresh-from-the-pack? A little bit of schwarziness? It is also recommended for those who prefer a sweeter taste! It goes well with mozuku vinegar and other vinegared miso types! I had it paired with ume shiso pork belly rolls, and the flavors spread to the palate and were very tasty!

I received a freshly opened bottle. The aroma is not high, but fresh. The moment I drank it, I thought, "Sweet! I thought it was sweet. But the aftertaste was clean and not at all unpleasantly sweet. It was rather a delicious sake! This was the first time I drank the pink (separately selected raw) version of the Masamune instrumental sake, and I felt it was the sweetest (because it was freshly opened and because I ate it). (It may be because it was freshly opened, and it may have been a combination of the two.) I can't think of anything to pair it with food, so I'll ask the manager next time. When I first started drinking sake, I liked something like this, but now I think I like something a little more relaxed. I feel like I've grown up.

I was attracted by the summery label. The aroma was confirmed to be highly fruity and delicious. Immediately after drinking it, it is sweet and fruity. But the aftertaste is refreshing, with a slight sake-like feeling! Sappari! Refreshing and delicious. Summer sake doesn't tire me out and I can drink as much as I want. It is delicious!

This is Kawatsuru produced by Koyama Shoten in Tama (Seiseki Sakuragaoka). It is a junmai nama sake with a delicious flavor, and although it is dry, it is easy to drink, almost sweet. My personal impression is that it is the kind of sake that men and women of all ages will like and that everyone will like. I would like to drink it slowly. This is my impression of a sake that I do not often choose to drink!

Daishinshu's Hand Series? Teuchi The aroma is gentle, soft, mild, and light. I also thought it would be too mild and lose its impression if drunk after about the 4.5 cups. When I first drank it, I was full at the time and could not taste it at all. When I drank it again later, I found out how good it was in my hands and enjoyed it.

My personal favorite aromatic gorgeous sweet fruity flavor. However, it has a refreshing fresh taste that is typical of a summer wine! I like sweet fruity sake, but I often get tired of it! This is my favorite sake in recent years!

The concept of Hakurakusei is "the ultimate food sake. The atmosphere of Hakurakusei changes dramatically with different meals. At first, when I paired it with fish and tofu, I was impressed by its soft and gentle flavor, and how easy it was to drink without disturbing the meal. However, I was surprised when I paired it with bonito saketo. It was dry, sharp, and had a different impression from the Hakurakusei I had been drinking earlier. I was impressed again by the depth of the sake, and how the taste can change depending on the combination of the two.

I have not been drinking much of it because it is always available at the store, but yesterday I had a taste and it has become my current recommendation! (As a food wine). It is dry and has a refreshing impression. The sweet sake has a more fragrant impression, but Daishinshu has a beautiful aroma that lingers in the nose. The manager advised me to pair it with raw oysters. The high mineral content makes it a good match for raw oysters. I was surprised that the area is not famous for seafood. I think it is the best food wine that can quickly drain off the fat from meat as well as raw oysters!

I felt a bit of a strange taste when I opened the package, and thought, "What? I was a little disappointed. I like Junmai Ginjo (navy blue label) because it is easy to drink, so I was a little more disappointed than expected. However, the manager told me to drink it 3 days later, and to my surprise, it was easy to drink and I could feel the natural sweetness! Calm? Cleaner? It was more beautiful than the Junmai sake I had imagined, with the fruity taste of Tenpyo. I thought sake was amazing. It did not interfere with the meal and gave the impression of being easy to pair with it.
