I thought I'd try some local sake in Karuizawa and have a smoke 🍶´-.
I remember feeling it was a bit sweet, but I'm sure it would have tasted even better if I had chosen a meal to go with it!
Rice!!!! That's what it tasted like.
It tasted strange, but it was nice to feel like I was drinking sake!
They use 100% "Yumeko" rice developed by Fukushima Prefecture for sake brewing!
