I love Nagano Prefecture's sake 😍 but this will be my first time to try 😃Sei Masamune. I'm not sure about the regular brand 💦.
The yeast in this one seems to have a special characteristic 🍶I got a strong ripe banana-like heady aroma, with a slight hint of cooked rice 🌾. The taste was sweet and juicy, with a particularly strong sweetness, but it was not overpowering, and the low 13% alcohol content made it easy to drink.
The aroma is distinctive, so those who are sensitive to it may have different tastes 😅I don't think it's an unpleasant aroma, but I think it's a good one 😄.
2nd day
The aroma and taste have settled down, and the sweetness is followed by a lingering bitterness that makes it very easy to drink and enjoy 😊👍
3rd day
I think the 3rd day is my favorite day. ⁉︎😍It has a sweetness like elegant cotton candy when you drink it and the lingering bitterness is more delicate than yesterday, the gap and change from the first day is one of the most enjoyable things ♬♬I felt it is even more balanced and well put together 😘I hope you will try it 💕4th day. I'd love to try it but it's gone 😂 I know it's an analogy but 💦 it was a tasty gem💘This is delicious 😋.

I was wondering about the brand you recommended for heated sake, but I'm not a fan of heated sake so I went with this one 😄 At first I thought 🍌 banana? I thought it was 🙂 but it was more like a ripe aroma instead of fresh 🍌😅
