Today we came to the new sake festival at Tomihisiki's Fukurazan in the morning 😀. Actually, the day we drank Shinmasa last week was the day we took delivery of our new car 😇. Usually when Kaorin and I tour sake breweries, we walk, but today was our first drive in the new car 🤣. Since I was the handle keeper, Kaorin was in charge of tasting today 🤣. Kaorin said the new sake was fruity, sweet and delicious 😀. Kaorin said it was fruity, sweet and tasty 😀 The brewer also said it had more sweetness and umami than usual 😀. I bought 2 bottles of new sake nigori and new sake festival limited edition nigori, so I will enjoy them slowly at home 😇

Hello, Yasbay! Congratulations on the delivery of your new car 🎉! For once, it's all about the sake life on the road 😁✨✨. A new sake festival at the brewery 🎵! You're a master at sake activities at events like this 🤗

Hello Yasbay 😃. Congratulations on the delivery of your new car. I think the joy of driving a new car can be exchanged for the equivalent of holding back on alcohol 😆 And a new sake event, the best sake activity ever ✨.

Good morning, ma-ki-chan 😀 I did my duty as a handle-keeper while looking at Orin who was tasting the tasty samples 🤣. I'm glad we drove here because there were also local farmers selling their products 😀.

Good morning, Hiro 😀 I always walk for sake activities and I was looking forward to looking at the timetable before departure to find out the schedule and walking route, so I still prefer not to drive... 🤣 I guess it would be better if we stay overnight 😇

Hi Yasbay 😃. Congratulations on the delivery of your new car 🚗㊗️🎉! I don't have much of an image of a car 🧐I thought it had an engine for Mr. Yasubeye as he goes around the breweries on foot 😄 fueled by sake 🍶😆.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀 If your fuel is sake, you're going to have to stop here and there and get pretty bad gas mileage 🤣. I was fine without a car for almost 2 years after giving it up because my previous roadster was completely impractical 🤣.

Congratulations on your new car, Yasbay 🎉🚗. It's hard not being able to drink, but driving a new car is exceptional 😊👍Additionally, it's hard to get to the warehouses here without a car 💦The weather was perfect and it was a perfect day for a drive 🙂🙂.

Hi Pon 😀 I think I might prefer tasting new sake to driving a new car 🤣. I was jealous seeing Kaorin drinking it so deliciously 🤣. But maybe it was the right choice to drive because the brewery was like a neighborhood produce market 😀.

Hi Hirupeko 😀 It was fun selling not only sake, but also agricultural products and many other things😇. As I couldn't drink alcohol, I had to endure by drinking non-alcoholic amazake 🤣.

I'm back to sake activities with Kaorin now that the ❓sake test is safely over 😀. Walking Tour of Temples, Shrines and Sake Breweries 9 Today, we took the Hankyu, Kobe Electric Railway, and then the Hojo Railway to the mountains of Hyogo Prefecture 😀. Hojo Railway is a lovely train with one car running on a single track through mountains and rice paddies😇. We got off at Hokkeguchi and walked about 5 km one way to reach Hokkezan Ichijoji Temple 😀. After paying a proper visit, we started our way back 😇. Just on the way back to Hokkeguchi station from the temple, there is a sake brewery called FUKU-NISHIKI. We had lunch at Fukukura, which is attached to the sake brewery 😀. Of course, we had the Junmai, Junmai Ginjo Autumn Sake, Junmai Daiginjo, and Sparkling Sake, and Kaorin who drank the sparkling sake was happy again, saying it was not the usual sake 😇. I liked the Junmai Ginjo Autumn Sake so much that I carried those two bottles and a few more on my way home 😀.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀. No, no...I'm not that confident of my fitness 😅. The 2 km from the station to the brewery is flat and from there to the temple is 3 km uphill 🤣. I wanted to bring home some good sake😇

Good evening, Pon-chan 😀 Tomihisaiki is located one mountain over from Kakogawa, so it's not easy to get there. It was packed with people for lunch😇. Reservations are required for lunch on weekends and holidays, so please give it a try 😀.

Jun Ao" was created to express the essence of Tomikunishiki's sake brewing by making the most of the rich natural blessings nurtured in the Kita-Harima region. At first, it was served cold. It is an easy-drinking sake with a spread of sweetness and umami flavor. It is made using the traditional sake yeast, so it has a mildness that spreads through the nose even when served hot. https://x.gd/MYY2n
