My mother gave this to me for my daughter's first birthday. I am always happy to receive Miyagi sake every time I see her. I am ashamed to say that I did not know Mr. Rui Yoshida, I was not familiar with Mr. Rui Yoshida, but the feeling of a twang is like the sake of Miyagi. (My impression). May my daughter walk well 🚶.

Tonkatsu lunch with the wife on her day off from work. They had a few bottles of sake on tap, so we ordered some. The bottles were cute and unusual shaped. The taste was pretty monotonous, but the tonkatsu was good 🍖.

Second bottle 🍶 from a liquor store in Kisarazu. The owner recommended it to me. It was right up my alley in terms of gasiness, richness, and umami. It tastes similar to Akizuka's directly pumped sake. The wine was also picked up to my liking, as I would expect. I will definitely stop by when I go to Kisarazu!

I went to Kisarazu for strawberry picking. I bought three bottles at a liquor store that I stop by when I visit Kisarazu. I hadn't had a bottle of sake for a long time, so I asked the clerk to introduce it to me. It has an antique taste like old sake, clean and refreshing! It is delicious. Our beloved Tomica car went on sale today and I bought two for my kids and myself 🚖.

Bought this on my day off from work (first time alone in a while). I found it when I was thinking that I would like to drink Naokumi soon. I thought the taste was a little more refreshing than other Naokumi-type sake I've had. It is more subdued than fresh.

Happy New Year! The first drink of 2024 also starts with this drink 🍶. I was worried about whether it was safe to drink. I was worried about it, but it tasted great without any problems. It still has the same brandy-aged feel, but it is surprisingly refreshing. My impression was the same as a year ago. But after a while after drinking it, I felt a tingling sensation on the tip of my tongue, which is a new discovery? LOL! I will drink it again this year, taking care of my health 🍶🍶🍶.

On the way home from my child's nursery school Christmas party. The alcohol content is quite strong and gives the impression of a pungent taste on the nose. I could taste the flavor as soon as I put it in my mouth, but it disappeared soon after. I don't think I'll have a repeat, I signed up for Risshun on Feb. 4 and am looking forward to it! The presentation at the Christmas party was well done with a smile 🎅.

I was exhausted from work and my wife bought it for me. It cheered me up at once. It's been a long time since I've had "Yamahai". The acidity and umami are outstanding! It has quite a lot of alcohol. It has a high alcohol content of 18 degrees. The next day after opening the bottle, the alcohol is gone and the umami is still there. 🙆‍♂️ It's good Yamahai after all!

Last purchased on a trip to Kisarazu. It is made from Koshihikari, and I bought it with high expectations because I had enjoyed "shirakiku" from Kyoto before. shirakiku had a direct pumping gas feeling, but this time it had a simple and clean taste. I think it is an easy-drinking type of sake that can be enjoyed by everyone.

Purchased on a trip to Kisarazu. (I had a Tokushima brand I hadn't checked in yet, so it was mostly for collector's sake.) It is super dry, and as the description says, it has a beautiful mouthfeel, with a clean and crisp taste with less fullness. I would like to enjoy it alternately with a mellow sake. The rest are from southern Kyushu and Okinawa!
