Yamahai Okushika
I am glad that I could not drink Okushika last year. It has an austere flavor like an old sake, and is sweeter than the sake made from the original yeast.
Okushika
Relatively refreshing with the austerity of old sake. I think I prefer this one to Okushika.
Akushika
More refreshing. Best enjoyed with a meal.
Hachihachi
This one has a strong flavor, but you can feel more of a tangy taste.
YAMA YAHACHI
It has the same strong flavor, but it is easier to drink than Yahachi Yahachi.
