Purchased on a trip to Kisarazu
A new product using 100% of a new variety called "grainsuke". It's kind of... normal...? (It's good as usual) 🙆Cute label🙆
First bottle of Kisarazu trip. This is the first brand in Chiba.
It is full, heavy, a bit on the sweet side, but also tasty with a nice sharpness.
The kids had the most fun with the pool🏊.
First Saitama check-in. Now all prefectures in Honshu have been conquered!
It has the carbonation and freshness of nokumi, and a richer flavor than Akizuka's nokumi. It is not too sweet and has a good balance.
It arrived as a hometown tax payment. It was very tasty when I drank it in Wakayama, so I repeated it.
It has good acidity and umami. It has been a while since I drank a bottle, but I will drink it in moderation 🍶.
I received this from a colleague at work.
Strong peculiar. Soy sauce. Similar to Shintschida and Akirika's Yamahachi and Hachi Hachi. It is messy in a good way.
Tastes different for different tastes. Both myself and my wife liked the taste!
It's been a long time since I've had a crop. I used to drink it often when I was in Osaka.
Sourness is good. It could be a little more. It is refreshing.
It's great in the cool autumn air.
I asked my mom to buy it for me and my child on the way home from daycare. I was so relieved when I received a video saying, "Daddy, I bought some sake!
The label design is cute, but the taste is sharp and dry on the nose.
I didn't expect to find Aki-shika at a local liquor store!
I had never seen "Kuragakimura" before. I had never seen "Kuragakimura" before and thought it was time for hiyaoroshi.
When I drank it, I found it to be more matured and umami than other Aki-shika.
The taste was elegant and mellow, and very typical of Aki-shika.
On the way home from playing at the park with my son, we went to a sake shop for the first time in a while.
I bought this sake again, as I have never been disappointed with sake from Kagawa. Even when drunk chilled, it has a full, rich, and full-flavored taste. The aroma is very pleasant to the nose.
revive 43 years of revival. A review after a long time.
My mother gave this to me when she went back home to Miyagi.
It is a dry sake, with a nice tang on the nose, but the umami impact is weak!
My best friend from high school gave it to me as a birthday present. I invited him over to my house and we drank it together🍶.
It is as delicious as ever. It's sweet but refreshing, not too much, and you can drink more and more of it. It's stable and cohesive.
I'm not a big fan of alcohol...
I was given a weekend reward sake to buy.
As the popup says, it is gorgeous, fresh, fruity, not too sweet, and concentrated in flavor.
It is cloudy with a hint of orikara. What is that creature on the label? LOL!
Weekend Reward Sake 🍶.
For the first time, I discovered something called "olive yeast". It is a yeast suitable for brewing found on the surface of olives grown in Kagawa Prefecture.
It has a beautiful flavor with a pronounced acidity, yet it is not too strong. This is also one of my top picks. Good sake from Kagawa.
My mother bought it for me as a souvenir from Miyagi. It was a Sendai Station limited edition.
It is dry and refreshing. It is good with Hoya, a souvenir from Sendai!
Weekend treat. When I got home from work, my son said, "I got you some booze!" That's great!" He said. He bought it with his mom.
It is lightly cloudy and beautifully bottled. Very gentle on the palate. Slightly carbonated. I think it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. It was a stylish looking and tasting product.
I asked my wife to buy it for me on the weekend sake quota.
Kagawa's Getsu-chu-ten, which has become a favorite after drinking it before.
It has a good balance of acidity and umami. It is as delicious as ever!
Beef tongue from Costco is also great!
Wedding anniversary - Akizuka No. 4.
The wife's favorite Akizuka.
It has a fresh, slightly carbonated, umakuchi taste. Compared to the freshness of the spring pressed sake we have had in the past, it is more subdued, but that is why it is so easy to drink.
I enjoyed Aki-shika more than enough again this year. Next time I want to get a bottle of Okushika, which is the same age as my son!
Wedding Anniversary Akizuka No.3
It is a chunk of peculiar taste with 80% of polished rice left. As usual, there are two types of people who like it and dislike it. (It is similar to soy sauce. It is similar to shintschida, but relatively elegant and clear. The more you drink it, the more addictive it becomes.
The more you drink it, the more addictive it becomes.
[Wedding anniversary: Autumn Deer No. 2
The long-awaited Okushika. The label design has changed and it looks more stylish. The design of the sealing cap was also changed to a henohenomoheji, which is cute.
The last time I drank Yamahai, I thought it had a strong acidity, but this time I didn't feel it so much. On the other hand, it has an antique taste and is my favorite of the four bottles!
Wedding Anniversary Autumn Deer Part 1
An annual tradition!
This year again, on our wedding anniversary on May 1st, we had Mrs. Oku stock up on Osaka's Aki-shika!
This time we had 4 bottles: Irimon-no-Ichidrop, Yamahachi, Naokumi, and the long-sought-after Okushika.
The first one was Nyukon-no-Ichidokoro. Compared to the other brands we have had so far, Akushika is basically refreshing and elegant.
Nyukon-no-Ichijitoku has a more refined rice flavor. It is not too strong, but has a strong umami taste.
It reminds me of the first time I fell in love with sake.
