Happy New Year! The first drink of the year 2025 also starts with this sake🍶. This is the third year for the old sake I received as a celebration of my 30th birthday. I think it has become darker in color and more astringent than last year! It's a great start. I hope you will be able to find wonderful sake this year as well!

There was a summer festival at my son's preschool. He was a little shy at first, but after the ring toss, bowling, and starting the engine, I was glad he seemed to enjoy it. The first sip was fresh and delicious, but as he drank more, he got used to it and it became nicer and gentler.
