Purchased at Mutoya, Matsushima. It is a limited edition. Amino acidic and fruity. It has a refreshing, yet robust flavor.
I sent it to a high school friend by mail.
Celebrating my grandfather's US jubilee, we went sightseeing in Matsushima on the last day.
Whenever we visit Matsushima, we always stop by a Japanese sake shop.
While chatting with the clerk, we decided to compare and sample the sake. This is the best one among them. It is a brand of sake that is raw but aged for a year. Normally, I would open a bottle of sake right away to enjoy its freshness, but I was told that even a draft sake can be delicious if it is aged for a year!
The sake was just as he said it would be, with a very delicious flavor that had been matured while keeping the freshness in check. I was told that there were only a few bottles left at the sake shop, so I immediately bought it.
Ordered it for dinner on the first night of my stay!
Personally, Manazuru's antiquity was my favorite.
My grandpa was groaning at the spiciness of Hidakami🍶.
Went to Sendai to celebrate my grandfather's US jubilee!
My wife and I went to an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) for the first time in several years, leaving the kids with my grandma and grandpa.
I was very happy because we had not been out together since the birth of our child.
It was a nice lemon 🍋.
On a day off from work. It was refreshing as if it had just finished in the fall, and had a slightly alcoholic taste.
On a three-day weekend, I went to Sendai to celebrate my grandfather's US jubilee.
It was a brand with excellent richness and flavor for the first time in a long time, though it was quietly placed in an inconspicuous place in the store.
I attended the nursery school visit with my grandma. She made me a nice clay key chain.
