I bought this at a liquor store on the way to a family outing. The selection was fresh and different from what we usually go for! This one is from Ishinomaki. This one is from Ishinomaki. Although it is fire-aged, it is as fresh as the first pressing and has a great flavor.

It's been a long time since I've had Akizuka! I had high expectations because I had never had Shiboritate before, but maybe it wasn't as strong as I had hoped, I think I will enjoy Okushika and Shokumi from now on!

Happy New Year! The first drink of the year 2025 also starts with this sake🍶. This is the third year for the old sake I received as a celebration of my 30th birthday. I think it has become darker in color and more astringent than last year! It's a great start. I hope you will be able to find wonderful sake this year as well!
