I was away from alcohol for a bit due to a ureteral stone, but it seems to have been drained and the ban was lifted. It's been a long time since I've had a drink. Imadeya's regular delivery "GUITO! Challenge Sake Alcohol content 13%. It has a gaseous taste and a refreshing acidity that stands out. It has a sweetness and acidity like muscat, and a bitterness like grapefruit in the back. It is very tasty.

Yajima Sake Brewery's bespoke Kangiku. I have a weakness for "super-limited" sake. The sweetness is not so strong, and the taste goes in smoothly. Juicy. No gas.
