Good gas. No bitterness.
Juicy pear type.
Good balance of acidity and sweetness.
The taste of the recent Setsubushi is not so strong, so even a sake as refreshing as this one goes well with it.
However, a glass of sake is not enough, so we drank it in our usual glass.
