JohnSake from Saitama. Fruity aroma as soon as the bottle is opened. It is sweet and refreshing. The sourness is a sensation that goes straight to the nose. Delicious.
JohnThe moment the bottle is opened, the aroma is floral and gorgeous. In the mouth, it tastes juicy like melon! But the aftertaste is clean. You can't help but drink too much.
JohnJuicy aroma, honey-like dark sweetness. I didn't know such a sake existed! I was surprised.
With an alcohol content of 12 degrees, this is one sake I would drink with a swish! Delicious ^_^
JohnMy first Saitama sake.
The aroma is fruity, and the sweetness spreads in the mouth, turning into bitterness and spiciness at the end of the drink. It is easy to drink.
JohnStart with a cold sake. The aroma is like melon juice. After drinking it, it is smooth and crisp. If you warm it up lukewarm, the flavor becomes milder.
They use Miyamanishiki, which is produced in terraced rice paddies in the mountains.
JohnIt had a gorgeous aroma and a sweet taste, but when I finished it, I also felt a tingling sensation and bitterness on my tongue, probably due to the slight foam. The aftertaste lingered for a long time.
I drank it chilled, but as it got wetter, the sweetness became more apparent.
I found it to be a delicious and interesting sake.
JohnI'll record it retroactively.
It was fruity and very easy to drink.
The sake was brewed with rice harvested from natural farming without using fertilizers or pesticides, as advocated by Mr. Akinori Kimura, known for his "Miracle Apple".
