I had heard at a sake shop that Kuroryu's autumn sake was the best this summer, so I bought one on the day it went on sale and was looking forward to it. It was indeed delicious. It was so tasty and easy to drink that I was able to finish a four-quart bottle in one night. It was almost a month ago, so I don't remember enough to write down my impressions, but it had a round mouthfeel with no sharp edges, with the flavor of rice, richness, and fullness. It was really delicious.

Fruity and juicy. Moderately drinkable. When I was about to order sake at a soba restaurant, I was asked, "May I introduce my recommendation?" I ordered the recommended one without hesitation. I ordered the recommended one without hesitation. I heard that sake is not widely available in Japan, so if I see it again, I definitely want to drink it.

Aroma: A nose with a strong, penetrating aroma. The aroma is complex, with a strong acidity. There is a sense of gas and alcohol stimulation. Some people may find it dry. The aroma seems to go well with dairy products, even though I am an amateur. It seems that it would not be defeated by slightly strong cheeses. It was very tasty.

My longed-for instrument Masamune. My honest impression is that it has an aroma like that of the fragrant sake. It has a fruity, citrus-like aroma and a clean, light mouthfeel. The taste is simple, with a slight bitterness from the alcohol lingering at the end. It is just right for a first drink. It tastes as good as the previous reputation. However, it is too light and a little unsatisfying. It seems to be good for spring and summer, but not for the coming season. I would like to try other Masamune instruments.

The overall balance is good, with a good but not overpowering flavor and a moderate aroma. While the Kuronawa I drank before this was fruity, this is a type of sake in which one can enjoy the full flavor derived from the rice. This sake is the exact opposite of Kuronawa, even though they are both from the same Jyushidai family. It was also very tasty. Here are some notes I wrote while drunk Moderate aroma, dairy-like aroma Clear, full flavor like rice. Smooth mouthfeel Slightly carbonated

It was originally brewed by the same Takagi Shuzo brewery and distributed only within the prefecture under the name Kuronawa, but in recent years it has taken on the name of Jyushidai. I didn't ask why, but the clerk probably didn't know either. It seems that it will continue to be distributed only within the prefecture. The sake was delicious. It is quite expensive, but considering that it is not something you can drink often, I guess it is okay. The following is what I wrote down while drunk after drinking it. Daiginjo Melon-like aroma, ginjo aroma, slightly strong flavor Moderate sweetness, moderately sharp, slightly bitter aftertaste Slightly mellow mouthfeel

I had heard of it by name, but found it at a liquor store near Yamagata Station. I was curious about it, so I didn't hesitate to try it at the corner. Perhaps because I had heard from the owner that it was made with the idea of pairing it with fermented foods in mind, I felt a mild acidity that was different from the fruity taste. I heard that they have a host brewery now and change the brewery according to the season. It was delicious. I wanted to buy some as a souvenir, but I have a lot of unopened sake at home, so I gave up this time...

It was not that dry and easy to drink for being labeled "super dry". It was a sake that went well with sashimi.

Sake with a strong sense of gas. It is not a sparkling sake. It has a strong acidity, and the taste is not as rich as mellow, but it is somewhat complex and drinkable. It tastes like it is made from a sake yeast yeast strain. It has a slightly dry taste combined with a gaseous taste. Now that I can drink Houou Mita and Senkou, I have two of Tochigi's best sake! I would like to try other Sentori, especially Kabutushi and Yukidaruma!

Sparkling sake, so much so that when the cork was opened, the carbonation was spurting out. The original alcohol stimulation dryness plus carbonation made it feel strongly dry. The taste is clean and refreshing. Perfect for summer. It is not fruity, but more of a rice flavor. I would like to try the regular Bikuyo.

A beautiful sake with a strong rice flavor. But, as in summer, it cuts through quickly and leaves no aftertaste. Dry taste. It is easy to drink without any sticking point. The label is cute.

A true world's best sake that has won the Sake Brewer of the year award. It has a melon and mild fruit aroma. Kido itself has a fruity aroma, so it is in that vein. It was very tasty. I only drank a little at the time, so I will add my impressions when I open another four-pack and drink it again.

It was fruity like green apple and pear. I often hear that Mimuro cedar is delicious, but this was my first time to taste Mimuro cedar, and it was as delicious as rumored.

This sake was introduced to me at a sake shop when I asked for something that would taste good even at near room temperature. I tried it with edamame (green soybeans) while watching fireworks and found it to be very tasty! It was indeed full-bodied and dry, and I learned a lot about taste. It is great that sake shops are able to tell you exactly what it tastes like.
