Juyondai中取り純米吟醸
msaaan
The overall balance is good, with a good but not overpowering flavor and a moderate aroma.
While the Kuronawa I drank before this was fruity, this is a type of sake in which one can enjoy the full flavor derived from the rice.
This sake is the exact opposite of Kuronawa, even though they are both from the same Jyushidai family. It was also very tasty.
Here are some notes I wrote while drunk
Moderate aroma, dairy-like aroma
Clear, full flavor like rice.
Smooth mouthfeel
Slightly carbonated
