msaaanAroma: A nose with a strong, penetrating aroma. The aroma is complex, with a strong acidity. There is a sense of gas and alcohol stimulation. Some people may find it dry.
The aroma seems to go well with dairy products, even though I am an amateur. It seems that it would not be defeated by slightly strong cheeses.
It was very tasty.
